Location is fine. But the breakfast was a dull exercise with dim lights sad atmosphere and zero vibrancy. Comparatively I found breakfast at Raddison Blue as a much vibrant colourful happy event

I booked through a booking portal but when I arrived I suit was available at much cheaper rates. Paying so much extra diluted the happiness quotient. Plus hotel doesn't have much in terms of in house entertainment for families, one or two game rooms or rides or activities will make the place much more entertaining. As of now its more for business stay purpose than for a family stay

The room looks amazing, the interior and especially the bathtub are so relaxing, and very well designed. Too bad that I only stay for 6 hours before my flight in the early morning. Everything looks so luxurious and comforting, with a very affordable price compared to Aerocity's hotels and Mumbai hotels.

I booked for the wrong date, then cannot change it online, but I still go to the hotel. The staff is very kind and said that they would support me, just make another booking, then they would cancel my wrong booking for free. But after that, they still charged me extra while I was in Kochi already. A lot of calls and emails were made, but gladly everything was well handled, could not expect more from 5 stars quality brand name. Also, the route to get there was pretty weird, and narrow, I don't know if it is the only way, or my Uber driver GPS was broken that day.

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. One of the main reasons for us to keep going back to Vivanta Dwarka is Mr. Danbir Karan Singh who goes above and beyond to help guests - and always with a smile! Also our thanks and appreciation to Nishant and his awesome team including Monica and Rishabh who were very accommodating and helpful for all our culinary requests!

Vivanta all over India could consider upgrading their phone system in guest rooms as well as their elevators. I was stuck in an elevator for a few minutes because it suddenly stopped midway. One of their technical staff was able to help. THIS A SUGGESTION TO VIVANTA LEADESHIP TO UPGRADE INFRASTRUCTURE AND IN NO WAY REFLECTS ON THE STAFF - WHO ARE SUPERLATIVE AND SPLENDID IN THEIR ATITUDE AND SERVICE!

I was on one month long vacation and stayed in many 5 star hotels .Stayed at Vivanta for one night before catching my flight , everything in the room and shower worked as expected so I was happy . Room was spacious and one can use it for work purpose as well . Next time I’ll book this hotel when I travel to Delhi . Breakfast was good and staffs were very helpful .

When I asked for early check in while booking the hotel then I was informed that I’ll be charged for it . I didn’t need this because I reached after check in time but probably they need to be more courteous while communicating online . Because in person interaction with staffs was very good

It’s a lovely hotel with good amenities and easy access to the airport. Staff are warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Angana and Sonu for helping us book Ola taxis as our App didn’t work. Breakfast spread and service was amazing.

Unfortunately the pool was undergoing renovations and we were not informed about the same at the time of chick in. A reputed hotel such as Vivanta should keep its guests well informed.

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable and spacious enough. The staff from housekeeping to reception, to resturant, was very polite and very welcoming. The prices too I think are fair. Special thanks to Garima at the reception.

You could offer more options for room for day use or club that kind of usage with a regular booking to allow for early check-in /late checkout options. Though you offer some options but they are on the pricier side.

The size of my bed, room and bathroom was great. The place was quiet. The staff were helpful regardless of my muteness. The house keeping team were really kind and always checked if I needed anything especially when I didn't request for house cleaning. I didn't do enough to show my gratitude, next time. There is a day I was stranded,Kunal & Rahul were very helpful and sent me a hotel cab.Sahil was always very helpful around the hotel and very kind.

No Apple juice during breakfast. Kindly include it.

A lot of choices on the breakfast, fresh fruits, eggs to order and plenty of warm dishes. Also the restaurant within the hotel is good, we had very good Indian food for dinner. The size of the room was good. The beds comfortable. The staff members were all friendly and really helpful. Location is good, if you want to use it as stop over before a flight, it is only 30 mins ride to DEL airport. Good airport transfer service arranged by the hotel, with new cars and good drivers.

For a 5 star hotel the rooms were a bit worn out here and there - but ok for a 1-2 night stay.

We had a 1 night stay as we wanted to catch an early flight the next morning so couldn't try out the breakfast(included with our stay). Room was big, very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite at all times. We would love to stay there again.

Although the rooms were super clean, bath area's drain was not working properly. Since it was just one night and we were very tired to have it repaired, we didn't complain about it. I was a bit surprised that such an important detail was missed by the maintenance staff, especially when they had made sure to keep the rooms so meticulously clean and functional. But since it was just this one night, I would say this small detail could be ignored, both, me and my husband loved our stay there.

Warm reception. The staff was very friendly. Clean rooms. The room service was great. Breakfast could have been better. overall, it was a good experience. Will visit again. Thank you staff and management of vivanta, especially Kiran at the breakfast being so helpful to me. 🙏

Bakery needs lots of improvement in terms of freshness and taste. They need to look into it seriously as few of our friends also gave us similar reviews. Good luck and hope for a positive change.
