Exceptional Stay at Hotel Centro Pune I recently stayed at Hotel Centro Pune, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The management and entire team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room arrangements were impeccable—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxed and pleasant stay. The front desk team was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive, always ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. Checking in and out was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to assist with any queries. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and for keeping the room in perfect condition throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such consistency and dedication in service, and it truly made our time here feel like a home away from home. Overall, Hotel Centro Pune is the best place to stay in the city. If you’re looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is where you should be. We’ll definitely be returning!

Perfect place for solo female travellers. I felt safe throughout my stay. The rooftop breakfast was very nice. The location is excellent. Efficient, polite, professional staff. It's a busy, well-managed hotel with a popular cafe on the ground floor called Chirp. Do check it out!

My room was next to the broom closet and sandwiched between two rooms. Was a bit noisy at times. Located on the first floor, it didn't have much of a view. Hopefully next time I will get a room on the third floor!

The place has a modern green vibe that i haven't seen in many boutique hotels in the world. The rooms are spotless clean with all facilities and accessories available on request. The hotel leave a trolley of teas, Coffees, cold water & snacks on each floor for you to take at your leisure and it is available 24 hours. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor called Chirp has delicious Vegetarian foods and the breakfast spread in the morning has so many options. They have a celebratory chef who makes signature breakfast dishes. The standards at the hotel breakfast is 5 star allot on offer. The location is right in the heart of Pune in the Fergusson Road and Deccan area. All social amenities, restaurants shops etc are within and the metro as well within walking distance 10 mins. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I forgot my ear phones on the bed and they contacted me and sent a picture before i even realised i had left them.. The front office staff Mr. Ankush at the reception coordinated with the Uber driver and they sent them to me at the Pune Airport before i boarded my flight to Goa. My family we extremely happy with their stay at the hotel.

I honestly cant think of anything that could have been done better. This hotel exceeded my expectations by far.

Excellent service, great location, and most importantly, very clean. Most 5 star hotels miss out on cleaning to details like the level they give attention to cleaning. In addition, they provide complimentary filter water supply, snacks, tea, and coffee on every floor! We found the dispensery filtered water too strongly chlorinated, so we drank only bottled water which they were happy to provide without any extra charge. All in all, we were very impressed by this small yet charming property!

Though the staffs were always available and helpful, they don't smile and make you feel welcomed. If they could work on this, everything else is perfect.

- cleanliness - size of room - personnel's attitude - it could sound stupid, but ALL electrical sockets were a 'perfect fit', no wobbling, sparking and dangerous plug connections (which is most often the case in India - even in '5 star' hotels) - good quality furniture and equipment - restaurant food was of excellent quality

- no fridge in the room - nowhere was it mentioned that it was a non alcoholic pure veg establishment, which in general is not bad, but the customer should be informed beforehand - the room safe was too small to keep a laptop in it

There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs’ culinary skills are appreciated. The dining area is specious well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. Appreciated whole centri hotel team. Highly recommend... It's a modern hotel with very friendly staff located in a very nice neighborhood in Pune. The restaurant has really good food, including breakfast. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. Great value for money.

The first room we got was in front of the street, and we got a lot of street noise until around 12:30 when traffic became lighter. However, this made it hard for us to sleep, especially since it was our first night in India and our ears were not yet used to all the honking. Luckily, the hotel staff managed to give us another room further away from the street, solving this problem. Another issue was that the shower doors had leaks, so the floor became quite wet every time we showered.

The excellent Staff, everybody was very friendly. Every time they are ready to help you and solve any issue, as to change money to pay a taxi, or to help you to buy a local SIM card. They every day Explain to me each local meal avaible on the breakfast, like a Plain Dosa, Attapan, Idli and other indian meals that a foreigner never tried before.

Did have a frigobar in the room to drink fresh water.

It is a cute place, very vibrant with young crowd and staff. Very clean and green. I loved the Chirp restaurant, lots of positive vibes. The rooms were clean so were the bathrooms. Chef Rakesh was the highlight of the stay. Mouthwatering food and dishes. Overall the stay was excellent and would definitely go back. :))

Just one thing i would like to mention is the noise in the night as we are early sleepers. And we were given the first floor so that was only disturbing until mid night. Otherwise the stay was great and highly recommend

The list of likes and par excellence likes is long for this place; we loved the location of this small boutique but fantastic hotel. Staff: very courteous, friendly and welcoming Breakfast: not a big spread, but just perfect. It's a veg restaurant, so the menu is catered accordingly. Ambience: Of the entire hotel, room over decor is minimalist, fresh and vibrant. Modern: By modern, I mean they are technologically advanced in communications and technology has been used well to make the stay easy . most important for us was that the hotel is resourceful and sustainably did things - e.g. they had a tea/coffee and water cart on every floor, but they provided anything you needed, I needed iron and a sewing kit when asked at the reception they were able to provide that.

Absolutely nothing that I would put in the negative. We never had a problem, but it seemed like there was not much parking available.
