Good Location and resort campus is very nice not so big not so small. Good for a relaxed gateway. Enjoyed swimming pool very clean. Restaurant at pool side was very good. Good breakfast spread and enjoyed dinner meals also. Very well priced and tasty food.

Housekeeping staff are hardworking but they need to have good hygiene and grooming. Rooms needs renovations. There has to be a service lift for taking luggage to upper floors. Expecting porters and bell boys to carry luggage feels bad. Children play area can be improved. High tea time .. tea making process I saw felt hygiene was little compromised. Tea maker had an injured finger. Give him rest and use gloves please.

The stay was very nice overall for the 6 nights we stayed there. The options for breakfast are endless and it is literally a feast. Amazing taste of whatever we had for breakfast with 5 star hospitality. Even the dine in options that we ordered in our room were finger licking good. Kudos to Pallavi & the entire team.

The internet was a major issue with frequent disconnections and horrible speed. I had to use my phone internet only most of the time and connect with my office laptop for work. This is something that needs to be upgraded please.

Amazing resort hotel for a family vacation. Everything at place is great, quality of room is superb we got almost newly refurb rooms with modern amenities and a private small garden as well. Pool area, walkways, cycling, indoor game area all are very good. Quality of breakfast and variety was very good and dinner at Salsa restaurant was also very nice. Biggest asset this property has is good staff who were friendly, helpful and prompt in services. I am definitely visiting again and happy to recommend this place as great choice for family stay

High tea is anyway a bonus but I suggest to improve the snack provided at tea time which will certainly match the overall standard of the property

This place is perfect for a 10.0 Feedback and one should not have any complain on the Property or infrastructure. This one is just perfect.

After traveling to 40+ countries and staying at 100+ properties of 5star category this was the first one where I see live fruits counters at breakfast. This leads to super high traffic in the morning at this specific counter as everyone would like to start with fruits. This counter might be due to Hotel fancies serving fresh fruits but then in actual it is bit of inconvenience. I suggest the hotel to appoint 2 people instead of one or appoint a trainee person from the Hotel Management School with the ability to understand/remember request of Guests and made them served at their table the way the other live counters work. I had an unnecessary argument with this junior untrained staff which can be avoided else this property deserves 10 out of 10.

We went there for 2 nights. It was a family outing. Property It's in midst a residential area so to get here you've to navigate through city traffic and roads are narrow. You'll also see the city scape from the view point. Once you reach you'll find it sprawling well designed property. Every nook and corner is photogenic. The evenings are very colourful vibrant to the eyes. Expecially the pool area. Pool open timings are practically throughout the day. Indoor gaming carrom, TT, others are also open all day. They've outdoor activities power cricket, tennis, archery at the far end of the resort. We didn't try any. Garden are is good for toddlers. Kids above 5 may not enjoy it much. Gym is available as well we didn't use it. Room We booked the garden room. It has a decent sized garden. I was able to play with my daughter there. On the tv, almost all channels are subscribed and my wife loved that part. She almost convinces me to opt for in room dining. Wifi access provided was unlimited and speed was good. Food We dined at Salsa and Pyramisa hotel. Menu is common. All of us loved the food served over there (approx 800 per person). We enjoyed Veg Tacos, spaghetti aglio olio, Veg pizza, Veg biryani, Paneer lababdar and phulkas. Pity they don't have salad options. Doolali beers are work of art. Very light and refreshing to taste. Breakfast buffet is very vast truly king size. They even gave us a travel snack after our checkout. They checked on us everyday for our comfort in the evening which was a very personal touch. Pro tip They've a schedule of activities being conducted throughout the day. It's posted near pyramiza hotel. The location isn't great for posting such stuff as not many people would notice it. If you want to enjoy some of their inhouse activities you may want to check it out every evening for next day schedule.

We stayed in this property for 2 nights. Entire property is so well maintained, one can feel the luxury and the great hospitality demonstrated by the staff members from all the functions/departments (FO, Housekeeping, Kitchen and the restaurant). During the checkin (and throughout our stay), we were greeted very well by the entire staff which was very welcoming. Check-in process was quick with the welcome drinks. Staff is very friendly which kids love too. This property has great emphasis on getting customer feedback that ensures guests get what they desire to make their stay comfortable. Resort premise is spread across 25 acres as claimed by the officials and it's actually massive! Property has a wide range of indoor & outdoor activities for all age groups unlike many other properties. Whilst all staff members make you feel special, my wife and I would like to say big THANK YOU to the below staff members whom we were regularly in touch with during our stay. The property itself is a true gem. The serene surroundings and well-maintained landscape created a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Speaking of remarkable, the dining experience was an absolute delight. The variety and quality of dishes served were truly impressive. Every meal was a culinary journey in itself, with the freshest ingredients and exquisite flavors. It's evident that the culinary team is dedicated to ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. Equally noteworthy was the impeccable service provided by your staff. Each member of the team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to assist added a personal touch that made me feel truly welcomed and valued.

There was nothing I did not like

Breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from. The location was not too far from the city and also the airport. The architecture was astonishing. The staff were helpful. Must try the freshly brewed beer from The 1st Brewhouse and the Spa. We got a free upgrade on room type owing to late check-in.

The food was a bit expensive. Some of the amenities included with room were not provided beforehand.
