Awesome food and breakfast is really refreshing. Location is 50 meters from Prashanthi Nilayam and centrally located. Very much accessible, good service, great comfort rooms and clean washrooms. Very friendly front-office and staff. We reached the hotel at midnight around 1 am and they ensured that we check-in smoothly and have a good night sleep. The best of the restaurant was their Thali, the south Indian food for must try with Andhra Curries. Accessible with taxies, autos and bus stands and 10 mins drive to railway station. Midst of the shopping area and above all, its just crossing the road for Darshan of Bhagwan. If you are looking for a private accommodation, this is the best place.

Given that Puttaparthi is a small town I feel that the room rate is a bit expensive. However it is a good hotel at a convenient location and a good restaurant.

I gave my laundry and the dhobi apparently 'lost' a very good T shirt that I bought from Nordstorm un US. The Dhoni apparently managed to have not 'lost' other items. Lesson learned is that do not trust the hotel laundry system with expensive clothes. Only good thing is that the hotel returned me the money I had asked for the cost of the T shirt. Other hotels may not do that.

Centrally located, close to Sai Baba Ashram. Availability of 2 queen beds in 2 separate bedrooms. But only one bathroom. While the bath tub is perhaps welcomed by some guests, in these times of water scarcity I felt guilty. In which case having a bath under the shower standing in the bathtub is a safety risk and frankly uncomfortable.

The leather arm chairs smelt faintly of old sweat.

Love the restaurant food, BUT FOR ROOM SERVICE HAD TO WAIT 1 HOUR JUST FOR IDLI that to THRICE.

WRONG ROOM given on arrival, after long long journey. LOBG WAIT FOR ROOM SERVICE for FOOD. I didn't like the cleaning staff following us everywhere.

Superb 28 day stay. Very comfortable bed and room. Had everything we needed. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the receptionists were very good indeed.. The hotel us very close to Gopuram gate. Great value for money. The food in the restaurant is very good.

Food ngreat at Love my form restauran attached to hotel.This was extra day - already stayed there for 28 days . Very happy with the place. Good value for the level of comfort and service.

Tasty, and good

When you have to stay a long period of time, you can't tip every day everyone. They don't ask, but stay looking at you so you know they expect. I gave sometimes. I couldn't tip everyday.But, perhaps this is only culture. Everybody with no exceptions were wonderful with me.

Location excellent and great value. On the staff Bharati does an excellent job of being professional and warm. There were some changes to the wait staff but the they are all good

The rooms need to be key carded, so there are no heavy room keys with tags to be carried around.

Location - cleaniness - good food - good staff

Too many steps with ups & downs to reach our room at the 3rd floor. Not convinient for senior / old people. Windows do NOT open to sky but only to face an other wall opposite 3 feet away. No natural light or view from the widows. Claustrophobic feeling inside the room.

The staff customer service exceed expectations. They were really warm and accommodating despite my early arrival of 2 days. They also made sure that I took the best package within my budget which included breakfast. Special mention to the staffs at the counter was really amazing and even the room service staff would offer to tidy my bed even with me in the room not asking also. True signs of an exceptional hotel, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a classy hotel with excellent hotel services nearby to Prashanti Nilayam. Not to mention the food at the restaurant was delicious and cooked in a healthy manner, without too much oil yet so much favour, they staffs was very warm and wonderful too. Big thanks to everyone there. I would highly book this hotel again if I'm making a trip again in the future. Cheers :)
