Overall it was a very good experience in all aspects, all staff members were cooperative in nature , Food quality was very good, time to time customer feedback is very important and they were asking us during our 2 days stay. While check in ,our coordinator Ms Elisa provides us all information regarding facilities and her nature was really humble and positive. Hence Good luck to all management team of Daiwik Hotel and have more success in future.

For us everything was good.

Hotel staff- polite, helpful, however initiative was desirable. Front desk manager helpful and accommodating. Rooms -large and spacious, bathrooms neat and hygienic with necessary accessories. However the linen/towels could have been better. They did change it on request and found that nice. Parking-large and adequate and safe. Restaurant/food - service was slow, food was decent and simple and tasty but variety was missing. No non-veg.

Standard maintained, clean and comfort as well as nice food and when u add to polite and kind staff, I just wonder why it is not given 5 star hotel ratings. Have to mention the gem stone shop at the hotel. Pearl especially, excellent quality.

I was charged an additional RS1900 ++ which claimed to be tax , in fact were asked to pay the hotel booking in advance & was not informed about the an additional payment. Literally not happy & will not recommend or consider this hotel in future.

The payment we made online was not uploaded on their website. They made us to show the online payment from the mobile.

Stayed here for two nights while exploring Rameshwaram. Very welcoming staff making sure we enjoy every bit there. The hotel maintains high standard at cleanliness and services provided. Restaurant has some very good line up of scrumptious vegitarian food too. Definitely recommend Daiwik for a luxurious stay at Rameshwaram.

Room ,Food and the staff were good and liked to help . Food was made to our taste and liking .

The WiFi was poor most of the times . The staff tried to rectify but did not improve . They need to work on getting a stable WiFi .
