Excellent Staff, Very humble and quick responses. The breakfast spread was very good. The restaurant manager Kailash was Superb, the everr smiling and resourceful guy. Always on the lookout for Guests needs & Happiness.

The Bathroom should have a shower panel partition, so the water does not spread across the complete floor.

The location is peaceful and has amazing views. The staff is very helpful, especially Gurupal Singh. Great food, room service and breakfast.

There was a lot of construction work happening and we could not relax properly. hammering all day and heavy smell of fresh painting. I wasn’t informed in advance about the fact there was no massagist/spa available for women, only men. It wasn’t very clear in the description of the place that the place is not really in Rishikesh, but 40km away, the road to get there is bumpy and takes 1-1:30 drive to get there from Rishikesh.

Safety for kids when comes to hill side property. Gap between grills need to be reduced so that small children can be left freely to play in garden areas.

Raga on the Ganges is a magical place. the location is hypnotically beautiful. Our room was extremely comfortable with a magnificent view over the mountains and river beach. The staff here are extremely helpful and kind and responsive to our needs. We both had spa treatments and recommend highly. the food is exceptionally good, with a varied menu for evening dining and breakfast is very good too.

The only issue we had (concerning a birthday celebration activity) was quickly and positively resolved by management - thank you!

We stayed at the Ganga cottage which was clean and spacious and came with a private sitout. The location of the property is stunning with amazing views, access to a secluded white sand beach and plenty of photo corners. Breakfast was included in the package and had a huge spread. High tea was included in the package too and had a decent spread of pakoras, sandwiches and tea time cakes. Staff and service was superb. Perfect combination of luxury and comfort.

Expensive

It was a beautiful experience at the Raga and i am definitely coming back for more. The staff were brilliantly friendly and supportive, not to mention always pleasant to interact with. All in all a brilliant stay.

Towards the weekend the guests tend to become a little too boisterous and loud. A little bit of a disappointment for people like me looking for peace and quite. However i dnt think i can blame the resort for this disappointing part.

Location is excellent. The view from our room was mesmerizing. Food was tasty and served promptly. Mr. Vinod at the restaurant took very good care of us. 'Ganga Ji Aarti' happening every evening was a pleasant gesture and we loved it very much. Also enjoyed reading some quality content at the library. Overall a pleasant stay.

Female masseurs were not available, which was a limitation for ladies to take spa treatments.

Hospitality of the staff was good. Had a great conversation with Mr. Tomar who is the owner of the property. One should select the property if they are fine with climbing the stairs as the rooms are situated at different levels across the property. Overall a good experience!

I think that the room should be categorised properly for the customer to understand what they are selecting. I feel that the view should be clear from the rooms photos that has been uploaded. Food quality has room for improvement and I feel a great differentiator is the amount of oil that is used in food. I felt the food was too oily. Was asked to park the car outside the property.

The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Rishikesh. Stunning property with a breathtaking view, staff was very professional, polite, helpful and efficient communication. Rooms are spacious with gorgeous views and very well equipped. All the meals I had here were well beyond my expectations. Everything is so fresh. The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. The service was fast and friendly. Excellent hospitality.

Lovely location with access to the river. Since it was rainy season we could see clouds on the hills which was so soothing. Facilities for yoga and spa added to our comfort. Very helpful staff and lovely food and other services. Trek destination to the beach and its location was so good and enthralling.

nothing specific to dislike. However staff should be trained to manage monkey menace which could be dangerous sometime. Esp near the swimming pool area when people are swimming.
