Staff is customer focused and welcoming. Appealing finish materials and architecture. Extensive buffet variety. Large pool area, gym, treatment spa. Onsite bar/lounge with friendly and responsible bartender.

Some deferred maintenance on our balcony railings. Slow draining room bathroom sink. Gym bathroom smelled like urine. Pool are would benefit from more greenery, plantings and shade trees.

Beautiful garden and pool. Very friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. Great breakfast with lot’s of choice.

A good breakfast selection, with the staff keen to ensure that it was to our liking. Lovely pool. Despite being on a busy road, the rooms are well shielded from the traffic noise by the design of the building.

We were first offered a room next to the stairs and lift despite having asked for a quiet room. It also had an outdated bathroom. However the staff were quick to offer us an alternative that was more than satisfactory, once we raised complaint.

We had a lovely time at the Lemon Tree resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there thanks to the amazing hospitality of the staff. They were extremely courteous and made our stay quite comfortable. We also got a complementary upgrade during our stay. Would like to thank Mr Niranjan, Piyush Nitya chef, Purushottam Amin, Nilesh, Manoj & Sachin for taking great care of us during our trip. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit Aurangabad.

Quiet location. Clean. Good water pressure. Bath! Pool was awesome. Sensible price massage available. Very helpful staff. Nice food in restaurant.

Shame the hotel runs a buffet breakfast. Tourists are advised not to eat from a buffet in case of food poisoning. I had an omelette which was nice but i would have preferred a better choice of indian freshly breakfast options.

Great Ambiance, Awesome Food.. The staff was very cooperative especially Suraj,Nachiket and Mr Dhananjay Pawar. Had a very comfortable stay.

The checkin was smooth and we were in a clean and comfortable room quickly. The room service was excellent. The meals were good.

The swimming pool, Slounge , desserts and soup at food, best ambience nature you could see natural birds and here sound in the morning. Garden facing rooms are the best one.

Facilities were limited food and launge menu limited. over priced 20-30%. Staff limited, linen and beds need maintenance, bathroom exhaust not working.
