Our best stay in India so far. The location is perfectly located, being at a 10 min ride from the main entrance to the ranthambore park. The resort is super well maintained, with elegant common areas, even for playing table tennis or chess and a fitness room, and wonderful rooms. We stayed in a nice apartment, perfectly decorated well fitting the resort style, with a huge bathroom with all toiletries, a big comfy bedroom with a nice private terrace, and a nice big entrance. The resort takes great care of the guests, accommodating every request and preventative offering help and assistance. Food was great, provided both at dinner and breakfast with a buffer or a la carte, for a fair price. The hotel even provides entertainment for the guests once they are back from safari, with local dancers, pottery classes or other nice experiences. Would totally go back and recommend!

Brilliant property, designed like large mud hut, the restaurant staff were the absolute best. Location is quite close to safari zones 1-5 and 15 minutes away from zones 6-10 pick up. You will need to find a mode of transport to reach both these places - An electric tuktuk or a taxi if you don't have your own transport. If you are a bigger group of more than 5 people, i was told that the safari vehicle itself will come to pick you up. I stayed at the Vayu Villa which was large with 2 floors. Bathrooms are huge with even an open shower area, the size of a small room. The restaurant was great - food was very tasty, they did make an effort to get us stuff from the a la carte menu when something from the buffet was not our favourite. Each of the restaurant staff members tried to make each meal an absolute joy. The evening tea sessions were nice too, and the golgappas were super tasty. The bed linen, towels were all nice and clean. A note on Ranthambore safaris: You should try and book online through the Govt (it will have a .gov.in url) website. It is illegal for anyone else to be selling the tickets, but agents still do it and overcharge you 2-3 times. Do the booking in advance, else you will not get the right zones. As of now Zones 2-3-4 are the best. Check when you are traveling because these could change based on which Tiger has cubs and which zone is her home.

Would have scored them a 10 except for this one frustrating aspect. One of the front desk staff seemed to be focused only on making his commission - not very pleased that I had done my safari booking online myself and not through his agent. Taxis were overcharged (no uber, so dependent on them). Not good at all when I had paid 70k+ for a 4 night stay. I literally had to avoid him and seek help from the other person, Abhishek who was more than helpful. There were some issues with refilling of supplies in the rooms but that was quickly sorted out once it was raised

The Earth at Ranthambore is an ideal resort, very near to the premium Safari Zones. The concept of the mud cottages are excellent and really gave a feel of being right in the midst of nature. The rooms were cool inspite of the heat. The package was inclusive of breakfast and one more meal and it was really value for money. Best part is the services provided for Safari, like tea/Coffee and cookies before morning Safari and High tea after evening safari. This is what set is apart from other Safari zone hotels. The staff were the best, attending to each of our requests with a lot of enthusiasm. The food spread was great, and tasty and included continental options also. Requests for separate food for kids was immediately catered to. All the staff were very polite and excellent with their service. Room and bathroom sizes are great. Lots of storage and places to keep suitcases. All Toiletries were available.

Nothing to dislike. Small issues of electric switches and plumbing were imeediately repaired.

We really enjoyed our time at The Earth! The staff, in particular Sunil, made sure we were very comfortable. They organised our safaris for us and assisted us to organise a trip to the temple. We ate at the restaurant both for breakfast and evening - the food was delicious! Highly recommend the Earth to stay, suitable for families.

My only suggestion would be to offer earlier times for evening meal. Food to order from the ‘a la carte menu’ starts at 20:00. If you are getting up early the next day for safari (around 5am) this is quite late to eat in my opinion. Otherwise, fantastic 😊

The hotel is nicely located close to the Ranthambore National Park so very convenient to do the Tiger safari. The staff was super helpful and ready to accommodate all of our requests, the food was quite good and there as was also complimentary snack during end of afternoon with some french fries that was super nice for the kids. Just a tip: we had booked the tiger safari few months in advance with that hotel when we booked our room, make sure to do this as some of the other hotel guests waited to arrive to try to book the safari and they could not find any spot unfortunately.. and there's really not much to do in the area if you are not going to the tiger safari.

Nothing major. We were informed that the free wifi was only available in the lobby/restaurant and not in the rooms but that's really the one thing that I would mention in term of inconvenience.

The resort is modelled on a traditional Indian village. The rooms are made of mud. This made the resort standout in my view to provide an experience away from generic hotels and home stays. The room was spacious, spotless and had a large modern bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet with a large choice. Breakfast ran late in order to accommodate guests who had been on a morning safari and hot drinks were available prior to leaving in the early morning. Dinner was a buffet again with a large choice. Certain food was prepared traditionally in line with the ethos of the hotel. The hotel provided high tea around 5pm which was a really nice touch. A magician entertained children and adults alike. There was a cultural show with live music each evening. The hotel had a pool as well. The hotel worked really hard to entertain and look after its guests. As the only foreign tourists at that time everyone was really friendly and welcoming. This was certainly a much different experience but the service and hospitality stood out and made our stay memorable.

Getting any information or decision prior to arrival was very difficult. The staff didn’t seem to want to make decisions or provide advice for example when I booked our safaris through the hotel. An intervention was required by hotel management in order to advise on and book our safaris and this led to a certain apprehension as regards service and the quality of the hotel prior to arrival. Effective and decisive decision making is required. Guests come here for a specific reason and fudging the issues is not acceptable.

Our recent stay at "The Earth at Ranthambore" was nothing short of extraordinary! We loved their cozy mud houses which we were shown during our property show around. The mud and glass jalis, the oxide finished floor were a treat to watch and experience. During our stay we were treated to delicious local cuisine infused with the flavors of Rajasthan. The evening hi-tea, prepared on a traditional chulha, was a true delight. Dinner was another unforgettable experience, with chulha rotis. It was a true taste of authentic Rajasthani cuisine, and we savored every bite. The resort's proximity to the national park made it the perfect base for our safari trip. Although we couldn't spot any tigers,we loved watching the other animals during our safari. In the evenings, we gathered around the open-air amphitheatre to watch documentaries about the famous local tigress. . But it wasn't just the activities that made our stay memorable—it was the people. The staff, including Nivesh and their manager Sunil, went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of the family, and we can't wait to return to "The Earth at Ranthambore" again soon!

"Wow! Our stay at The Earth at Ranthambore was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the courteous staff members, especially Ajay and Sunil. The resort's commitment to eco-friendly practices truly impressed us, from their sustainably built mud cottages to their newly added wooden cottages called Vanam, every aspect of the resort was designed with the environment in mind. The touch of local culture in the food was a delightful surprise! Each meal was a culinary journey through the flavors of Rajasthan, with authentic dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. It was wonderful to see the resort supporting local communities while offering guests a taste of traditional cuisine. One of the highlights of our stay was the chance to create unforgettable experiences. Whether it was indulging in luxurious spa services or watching a documentary about local tigers under the stars at the open-air amphitheater, every moment was filled with excitement and wonder. And let's not forget about the magician and fold performances in the evening that added an extra touch of magic to our evenings, leaving us spellbound and wanting for more. Overall, our experience at The Earth at Ranthambore exceeded all expectations. The combination of eco-conscious practices, cultural immersion, and unique activities made our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return and create more memories in this enchanting oasis."

Great location. We were extremely lucky and saw 8 tigers in total over two safaris in zones 1 and 2. We booked last minute for a safari and we’re in a canter. Which with hindsight was probably a better choice. The hotel food was really good, and all staff were excellent. Thank to all of the team at “The Earth” for making some amazing memories. We 100% recommend you for a stay when visiting the Ranthambore Tiger reserve. Book at least two safaris and stay a minimum of two nights.

Unfortunately the safari jeep (gypsy) or larger people carriers (canters) currently do not pick up at “The Earth” so the hotel arranged a local driver, who contacted our safari guide and made all of the connections. All went very well but it may be in future that the Safari vehicles could arrange to pick up directly at the hotel?

Hotel is in a good location, close to the gates of the park which means you will be last to be picked up and first to be dropped off on your safari. Hotel helped with booking of the Safari's (30% more than direct booking) which was helpful. The villa's are really quirky and it's nice to have your own space - I think they are actually nicer than the photos suggest. Food at the buffet was excellent and we found the staff to be very attentive and professional.

There isn't a lot to do there. We were packed with Safari's during our time but I can see people getting bored, especially with children.
