This is my 5th stay at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to meet all of our needs. The hospitality is amazing and the food is delicious with lots of variety and options. We mistakenly left our passports in the safe abd traveled to Hyderabad. The hotel actually arranged a hotel employee to drive the passports to us ( a 12 hour drive)! We thought we would have to cancel our flight, but thanks to their kind help we were able to make the morning flight. Thank you Balaji Saravor!!!

The food very very bad experience we ordered crispy corn crunchy & mutton deep fry but food came as gravy we return and spoke to chef and explained him what we want and the dishes we ordered is universal we did not ordered customized even though second time preparation of mutton was pathatic & the way chef response and his attitude was worst. any how not spoil our mood we got food parcel from outside and enjoyed the stay. last year and from past year in room dinning food was good but not sure what happen this time food was worst and chef is from kholapur even though he is failed to prepare mutton and other stuff. "We stayed 2 days alternate dates" the feed back is from good intentions not to blame or complain . any how good luck for your in room dinning food preparations.

They had a buffet breakfast which included South Indian, North Indian as well as continental spread. The breakfast was pretty tasty too. We could order on demand too, which was great.

Although the staff is extremely courteous, they just make it very obvious that they are expecting a tip. For example, the person who brought our luggage to our rooms, just didnt leave but kept looking at us. I mean, when we plan to stay for a few days, we wouldn't be tipping each time. Not a big red flag, but just this one factor if they can improve on, it would be great for them only.

Iam extremely delighted to be at the BSP - Solapur property. Magnificent team lead by Mr Brijesh Singh, GM. Has taken so special care of self and his warmth . I am heartily impressed with Ms Preeti M, FD for her humble courtesies and extended hospitality while taking immense care of the guests. Room was very clean with a very nice view, comfortable bed and other necessary amenities. They provided our required tv channels on demand which is very much appreciated. Food was excellent. They have a wide variety in breakfast and dinner. Also, they cooked all the items in very healthy way. I would like to thank to the entire cooking department along with head chef. The reception, pool side garden, restaurant, lobby.. all are well decorated in a modern way.

They provided RO filtered water bottle in rooms and dining which is not expected from this kind of business hotel. They should provide packaged mineral water as it is much more safe and secured now a days, specially after COVID. Water got clogged near the bathing areas, so the drainage system needs to be improved in bathroom.

Location is great. Property is great. Rooms are spacious. very clean hotel. Food was also quite good. second time I am stayinghere and I am very satisfied. loved the expensive bioteque soaps in the hotel.

I feel The team could have been better organized. Front desk person was not communicative. I tried calling the hotel that I will be late to checkin. N one of the phones listed on the website worked. Nor did the centralised number for Sarovar properties. when I pointed this to the front desk person at the time of checkin, person just shrugged it off!

I liked food, travel arrangement and property.

Although being 5 star property, none of the staff escort us to our room after check in. This was inconvenient since we had to look around and ask for elevators and figure out room direction. Also, the person at the main door, although greeted us on our arrival, but kept on greeting us even when we were simply exploring lobby area close to main door.

Friendly and welcoming staff with special mention to Alok, Sujatha, Preeti, and the rest of the staff. The food was excellent. Will definitely recommend BSP to friends and family.

We were well cared for, so don't have anything to complain/dislike.

We were transiting through on our way from Aurangabad to Hampi. This isn't a tourist hotel, they're more used to dealing with business people. However the hotel and rooms were very good, staff were courteous and the restaurant buffet was tasty and comprehensive - although it was valentine’s night so perhaps more choice than usual.

Unfortunately the pool was closed when we were there.

Great Location, Beautiful lobby atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and first impression was very good. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were well maintained and service at lunch was excellent. Food was good and great value of money. I was pleased with my stay, will surely visit next time.
