Location is far from the main city, but very close to airport. We stayed here just a day before our departure so it was convenient for us. The room view is cute i.e. houses/ city view. (back side of hotel) The room had smart tv, was modern and very clean and comfortable. The food in their restaurant and room service was amazing and value for money. The check in and check out process was good, wifi worked very well. The staff was courteous.

They should take food orders till atleast 11 pm and not just till 10 pm. The location might not be suitable for travellers who want to explore srinagar on foot or those who dont have any travel/ taxi arrangements.

I really liked the pleasant behaviour of the staff. We had booked two rooms - a double bed room for 2 guests and a studio for one guest, but the studio wasnt available at the time of check-in, so it was upgraded to a double bed room at no extra cost. Also, breakfast was not included in our tariff at the time of booking, but that too was included by the check-in staff as a goodwill gesture.

Nothing really

Right near the airport so great if you get in late to Srinagar or have early flight (security checks takes ages departing Srinagar!) Special mention to Mr Aamer, who made our stay memorable and looked after us and our 2 kids. He helped us organise transport at a fair price to a nearby restaurant and provided a complimentary shuttle to the airport in the morning. They even provided a packed breakfast for us because we had an early flight. Thank you so much for making our stay in Kashmir so special.

It was a wonderful 4 night stay with you guys. And the hospitality provided was amazing. Especially when one night we had to rush to the doctor, the staff attended us perfectly. Food was awesome. Highly recommended. And specifically the staff named Aamer Khan! Thank you so much Amer! You made our stay amazing! 😄🩶

Nothing i dislike

This hotel (I figure: probably the chain) fills the gap between on the one hand questionable <3000₹ (30€) accommodations and on the other hand extremely pricey western >20000₹ (200€) chain hotels. A backpacker from Europe, I needed a clean place to crash after some stays in different hostels.

Elevator music somewhat audible in the hotel room.

THE CLEANLINESS, PROXIMITY TO SRINAGAR AIRPORT, CLEAN AND NEAT HOTEL.

WE HAD BOOKED TWO TWIN BEDS BUT THE HOTEL DID NOT PROVIDE US THE SAME UPON ARRIVAL AND TOLD THEM EVEYTHING WAS BOOKED OUT. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN WHEN THE HOTEL HAS ACCEPTED OUR BOOKING FOR TWIN BEDS?

Everything. Just change the bed room mattress to comfortable and slightly hard one for travellers comfort.

Breakfast, Dinner and staff were very friendly especially Faisal, Khalid, Hilal, Janmeet and Asif. They were providing service as request and promptly.

The bathroom was small and shower head was very high and water was sprinkling from top on outside floor.

Good hotel but not near the tourists attraction

Food was excellent, as was staff, if anything a little too solicitous! Location away from city, very close to airport

Shower seal leaked and door didn't close properly, resulting in bathroom floor getting very wet
