A great budget hotel. Highly recommended with a great restaurant attached on the ground floor. The staff were and are amazing. No request was too big, We actually stayed at the hotel twice in a period of two weeks and booked the hotel for 2 days on both visits. During the first stay, my wife left some clothing behind and did not realise it until we traveled to our next location. We did not know at that point if we were even coming back to Surat. On our unplanned second visit 2 weeks later, we returned to Sifat, and as soon as we checked in, the staff not only remembered us but also said that we had left clothing behind and that they will pass it on to us when we settled in. We were so impressed with this honesty. The staff is amazing all the way through the structure. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be using them for all trips to Surat.

I really liked the hotel because of its excellent location. It’s close to everything I needed, including the train station, which made getting around easy and convenient. It was a comfortable stay and ideal for anyone looking for a strategically located place near all amenities

the room I stayed in had no signal at all. I couldn’t use my phone for calls or mobile internet. Although the hotel provides Wi-Fi, I was unable to make calls due to the lack of signal.

The place is value for money and is located in the city close to the railway station. So, if you are travelling to Surat by train, it is very coveniently located. However, its proximity to the station means the streets are quite crowded and if you are coming in your own private vehicle, you need to navigate traffic to reach the hotel. The staff are cordial and the restaurant on the ground floor is a good palce to have your lunch/dinner.

Really good location with helpful staff. The front desk where every helpful Ahessunah,Sana, Bhagyashree and Paresh also house keeping team Laxmi,Verma and Rajesh was so helpful and gave us what we needed. The hotel is nice and clean we had a family room 104 which was very spacious

When having a shower the whole bathroom gets wet so it needs a longer shower curtain and mat to wipe your feet.

The property is located at a walking distance from Surat station. Rooms and washroom were very clean. Reception Desk and Housekeeping staff were very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast was good and they had multiple options. Good stay overall.

Only two drawbacks. First - Since it is located close to the station, there is too much of crowd and noise outside. Would suggest to book a room on the higher floors. Second - the windows offer no view at all. There are three hotel buildings very close to each other - Orange International, Sifat International and Ginger. Hence the room windows face the wall of other building on either side.

It was my second stay and would highly recommend staying at Sifat Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staffs, always ready to help, advise, clean restaurant and yummy food with great choices and customer satisfaction. A Big thanks to all of them Bhai Rohit, Farhin, Ashutosh, reception staffs, security bhai ..... management staffs difficult to mention names.

Some renovation for the bathroom would definitely be a great advantage to clients.

The room is clean n big.. The food are good

Last time when we came , there was not enough pressure on the shower tap and They solve it on the last day of our stay .. They must put a separation between the shower cabin and the toilet because when you take shower there is water everywhere in the washroom..

Breakfast was well laid-out and gave sufficient choice. Indian and as well as continental choice made it even better. Sprouts as a breakfast item was a very nice touch.

If each and evbery breakfast item is labelled it could make it even better. Everything elase was perfect. Nothing much to improve.

This is a great hotel, located close to the train station on a very busy street. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, food excellent, staff very helpful.

Rooms have no daylight as the building is touching distance from its neighbours. Card reader apparently doesn’t work out of hours.

We did not have bfst since our train for Kolkata was early dawn...but my son had it and it was okay for him.

The welcome FRUIT PLATTER should had been better if not stale and old. the sandwich appeared old enough and the bhujiya lost its crispiness coz the stock got expired. These shld be looked into.
