Well located, Clean, Modern with courteous staff.

The bathroom is split into 3 parts which is not bad in itself but the wash basin is open to the room which is not desirable in this category of hotel, the WC area is very very cramped and the shower is hand shower only, no tap for bucket, no stool and hand sheer is placed in one corner and it splashes on clothes hung, all very inconvenient. As a result of this arrangement, there is no dry space for changing after the shower. The bathroom layout must really be addressed!

Excellent hotel and good value. Service is exceptional. Staff are very supportive. We want to mention about MS. Suganya, in restaurant. She is very customer oriented and provides very quick and excellent service. A special mention and thanks to her.

Price little high for the town. May be we must get more discount through booking.com

This property is very good and located in the centre of the city .. The staff who are in restaurant are very courteous and we'll behaved.

The strength in the restaurant has to be improved as I feel the limited number of staff available are over worked . But they are very good

We had a very very pleasant stay. Service at the reception and restaurant was excellent. Food was awesome. Restaurant hostess ms. Suganya did a great job. Chaffer Mr. Iyyapan was very friendly and congenial.

they upgraded to suite withe less cost and should try it. i had meet the same person, Mr Joseph Rajnikanth. he was perfect last time and this time also he is the best man i had seen. wonderful breakfast team, even though 10.30am, they supported us a lot.

should provide extra key card. example - if family went to shopping and came back when im taking bath or sleeping time. it disturb. when its family check-in, starting itself give them 2 key as spare.

The room was spacious and clean. Separate toilet and shower was a good design. Breakfast spread was ample and tastefully prepared.

Tags should be provided to put at the door if you don't want to be disturbed or you want room cleaned. Disposable slippers should be provided in the room.

By the side of river, this is an awesome place to stay and dine. Possibly the only place in Tirunelveli. The rooms are hygenic, comfortable and well connected with the sights and travel points in and around.

On opening the door, the bedroom is very much visible. We feel that the privacy is compromised due to this set up. Changes can't be made in building structure but the screen may be put to separate the bedroom.

Location, room, cleanliness, staff, food, service value for money. Food is also quite good and kitchen staff were great in going the extra mile.

The washrooms need a little enclosure, as they're all separate units. A partition would be nice so the toilet doesn't open to the bed and you don't look at the toilet while eating!

Rooms are well maintained. Food is good and staff are very nice. Well located on the main road. Easy to find and if required we can go shopping around the place. Overall it's a very good hotel.
