We were there for three nights and two days. Staying experience was excellent.Room was quite big and the out side view was very nice with huge of eyes shooting greenary experience.House keeping staff was so nice. They clean and house keeping the room beyond expectations. My daughter was with us.she was very much happy with the in-room dining service.The hospitality provided by the each and every staff was very nice.especially the behaviour and hospitality of one of the Duty Manager Ms.Silpi was exceptional.Management of ITC HOTEL FORTUNE should give more responsibility to handle as she has the capability to handle more than present.

Customer will be delighted if the house keeping person once asked the stayee whether they need any support services or not?

Liked the buffet breakfast and dinner. Filter coffee to rooms was excellent.

Going to buffet breakfast no access through elevator or not same floor as the dinner was. My mother who was 83 years had a tough time climbing stairs to the breakfast area. Just need to do something about it. Coming so many years that’s not changed. We come to Tirupathi to see venketeswara after standing in the Q so many hours it’s tough for senior citizen to climb. Room service breakfast won’t be hot choice will be limited. We prefer eating at the restaurant hot. Please think of this next time.

Reservation - not very friendly . I had requested for early check-in at the time of booking and it was approved at no extra cost, but later the front desk manager demanded Rs. 3000 extra for early check-in. It was not fair. Travel Counter - Not very friendly. He had given a taxi for traveling to Tirumala at Rs. 2500 for 5 hours. Later I requested to make a deviation in my return journey within the 5 hours. At that time he asked extra money even within the 5 hours time window. It was not fair.

The rooms was quite spacious and was kept quite quite tidy when we checked in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming even when checking in late at night. Had a decent breakfast there, a lot of vegetarian options but some sausages for the kids.

The bathroom seemed a little bit worn down, a few things were rusty. A lot of mosquitoes in the lobby, so make sure you're prepared. Unless you're vegetarian, there's not much meat options in the hotel.

Breakfast was with variety and was served fresh and the staff at the restaurant were quite swift and to the level of satisfaction. Room was well facilitated, and in room dinner was fast and delicious.

Smoking areas were not available within close reach. (Not allowed in rooms. Only at a special room in the lobby, where I had to travel a distance to reach there for a smoke) The bar also bans smoking though next to the smoking area.

One of the restaurants was under renovation, but we were very satisfied with the available restaurant and bar. Enjoyed the varieties offered for breakfast. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The 24 hour room service facility was a boon as we returned very late from temple visits and it was good to have a hot meal available even at midnight.

Mattresses need to be more comfortable. We prefer to have purified water available in the rooms instead of bottled water.

I really appreciate the staff of the hotel. Firstly, I went for Darshan and was late, so the staff really understood and made sure that late checkout was given . I really appreciate them, especially Ms. Sidhi Singh. She was really humble and understood the things well. Would definitely recommend others for the stay and will again stay here for my next visit.

Break fast service can improve. Service was poor. Lift didn't work and room service team was not proactive to help. Did message the maintenance team but didn't help us to bring down the luggage despite we telling them of the time constraint that we had. But the manager at front office was very good on extending help. Lockers in room was not working. Great hospitality at dinner table. But takes too long time to get the food. Can improve on the timelines of the restaurant.

The Front Office staff was prompt enough to have my booking done and papers ready well in advance. All that it took was some 2-3 minutes to checking in (Submitting the ID proofs). I would really like to mention for the FD Staff i.e. Siddhi, Suresh, Maya etc for taking care of all my adhoc needs.... Thank You team and keep it up :)

The location was ideal for us to travel to Tirumalai and Tiruchanoor areas. The ambience at the foyer was great and spacious.

Vegetarian choices can be increased or doubled in menu items. Gobi Manchurian was OVERLY SPICED and we asked for new replacement but was also spicy. Quite disappointing thou. Next time pls improve ya.
