Everything was good from check-in process. The location, view, facilities was of top class. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean hotel! Even though it is so close to the water, still the corridors and everything is extremely clean and maintained. Smell is also quite pleasant and feels clean. The vibe is kind of rustic and "old money" vibes. Restaurant and staff are also great- caring and helpful. There is a private beach where you can go at night to just chill with your friends. And there is a guard all day+night for safety of the guests on the beach at night. Breakfast was good enough, though there could maybe be a few more options. But not complaining. The swimming pool is also quite nice and well built. There is a tiny waterfall which makes it v pretty.

Proximity to the beach, felt private, staff was friendly, garden and pool were great! There's also a Casino, spa, they have activities for kids. Overall very good experience.

For the price, would have like choice of cappuccino/espresso for breakfast, food options were the same between the two days. Room was not isolated well from outside or connected room. They were lots of mosquitoes we had to kill in the room, they were coming from a gap on the front entrance door.

1) Resort should clearly inform the customers that Casino is NOT part of them. 2) There was a mismatch between the terms and condition mentioned by Bookin.com while reserving the room vis-a-vis the Resorts policy regarding payment. While Booking.com mentioned that after the Day of Free cancellation, they will charge ONE NIGHT amount and the balance to be paid at the resort at the time of checking. But the resort charged full amount after that date . According to them this is their Policy !!! Apparently Booking.com did not present the correct picture to us.

pool is exceptional , long and clean with waterfall , Private Beach is very clean at a nice walking distance . Casino is professional ,with nice food , drinks and entertainment . Breakfast experience at waterfall cafe is great . Great photogenic locations all around the property.

It was a rough start . Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. That could have ruined our whole holiday . But thank god manager Payas came to our rescue. Although he was knocking off work for the weekend he say we were distressed and came to our rescue. He stayed the hour checking us in showing us to our room making sure we were comfortable . I must commend him on his professionalism and the way he handled our grievances. Further to this he went the extra mile of organising my daughters sixteen birthday celebrations with a special cake and decor at his expense although he was on leave for the weekend he had his staff make sure everything was perfect. Hotel Zuri is truly blessed to have an amazing manager as Payas. My family and I want to thank him for making our stay memorable. Thank u so much Mr. Payas Pal Singh, we wish you all the best .

Nothing setting food and ambience great except the receptionist hope that they are sent for training as they are the image and first impression of the company need to more professional. Recommend Kim from the bar she was very friendly and helpful maybe she should be promoted to front desk, by far better than the grumpy receptionist that we encountered.

It’s a beautiful place with a lot of space and huge garden. Many swimming pools and great food

The hotel transportation charge twice than local taxi, and the beds are not so comfortable. I ordered king size bed and got 2 single bed connected. Also the hotel is wide spread and you have to walk 10 minutes to get to my room.

Every thing from location to the hospitality of the staff. I travelled with my parents and the resort is beautifully located. The resort is well maintained. The staff at the restaurant were great and took care of every request of ours. The swimming pool was amazing.

Just some cosmetic things - the shampoo and body bath were difficult to open and use. Would definitely recommend hotel to improve that.

Location n it’s infra was too good ,they can improve on good food n it’s variety n the room services

Room services poor ,despite repeated request for water or essentials ,they over look n did not attend ,seems they r more interested in attending to guest booked for destination weddings

Breakfast & Dinner spread is good. Property is on the Beach and its a good white sand beach. They have a big swimming pool and lot of families are always in the pool, this makes the rooms next to the swimming pool lil noisy as well.

There are always very many guests in the resort so if you want something you need to follow up with the staff many times. For Breakfast and dinner you need to fend for yourself and there is no one helping you to get stuff that you ordered, at your table. Same is the case if you want something in the room.
