The front office personel are very courteous, helpful and responsive. The staff are prompt with service. Cleanliness is perfect. Neighbourhood is very good with Homecooked Eatery and another Tiffin center nearby. Very close, about 450m from Railway Junction. Very nicely connected to all places at Vijayawada due to it's location. All aspects are 10/10 with Hotel Sri Ram Grand.

Liked the straightforward nature of the hotel. There's no food service, probably not even a laundry service. Great location and access from the railway and bus station.

The hotel could have provided a kettle with tea/coffee kit. I wanted a thinner pillow in place of the plush ones that the hotel offers, but they didn't have any. Also, the toilet did not an exhaust fan (that worked).

It was very pleasant stay with Sri Ram Grand. This is my 3rd time I'm staying with my family. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Hotel is located in a best area where we can easlily reach to railway station n bus complex. It doesn't have restuarant but food is readily available at any time next to hotel n room service boys will bring us anytime.

House keeping services of room not done even once during 4 days of our stay.no linen change seen cockroaches in bed here and there.

The location is superb. Just beside a naala (canal) and close to D-Mart, the heart of the city and the prime thoroughfare. The people are lovely. Hospitable and welcoming.

The room and Courteous and friendly staff. I had my parents who are senior citizens stay here for 2 nights. The staff ensured that they are comfortable and all their needs are taken care. The rooms were clean and one can find good food as well.
