Great value for money spent, Friendly staff, Room was clean and tidy, Very decent for a short city break, with a spectacular view of the city night skyline. Nearby with the shopping mall.

Overall, the service is pretty good. Bad for solo female traveler; location too dark in the evening, not suitable if walking alone, will be harassed by street vendors, Far from main road for taxi/bus.

This hotel is new. The shower pressure and hot water is good. Price is cheap. Aircon works just fine. Location is near alun alun. Plenty food stands within walking distance.

Staff give me wrong key room, there's already someone inside, very embarrassing experience. My room missing some amenities i.e drinking glass and towels. Call room service about it and they promised to have it delivered by 6 pm. At 7 pm nothing delivered though, we call again, only towels delivered. When we asked about the glass they said they dont have any. But my mom's room had it. Then finally they gave me gargle cup. 😤 I'm too lazy to call again. Room's a little bit dusty. Bathroom floor slippery. It's about 100m walk from road. No parking.

Super good location. Near alun-alun. Nice room. I extended with another room type for next 3 days. And I think rooms are enough big.

No parking lot. So, at first night we have to park our car in alun-alun's basemant parking. We have to pay for that. Think twice if you bring car. Some of the bathrooms are not too clean and smelly. Little bit dusty.

The location is strategic as it is near the train station and near to major shopping complexes. Value for money as it is cheaper compared to other hotels. The room was near and clean.

It is an old renovated hotel. There is no wardrobe in the room. They asked for a deposit but I rejected it as it was not mentioned in the policies section in the booking.com. There was a strange sound coming when anybody uses water on your upper floor which is un-comfortable.

they did not have any restaurants at the hotel, however the location is very strategic just beside King Mall which have many restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was kind

Sound and voice of other guest at their room and the hallway event other room television can be heard in my room. I have difficulty to sleep because of other guest is so noisy until midnight. Although they have windows, the view is other building wall which cover the sun light and makes my room dark even in the morning/noon. Hot water in the shower was not working at the morning, but at night it worked fine.
