I had a great stay at Favehotel Premier Cihampelas with my family and parents. I booked two rooms with a connecting door. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They provided a welcome drink. The hotel was clean, and its strategic location close to various shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions made it even better. It was a short walk to my favorite mall Ciwalk and the famous "Iga Bakar Si Jangkung." The hotel had comprehensive facilities, and free parking of course.

The only minor downside was that our room type didn't offer an external view, but considering the reasonable price, it was still a wonderful experience overall.

Stayed a couple night for holiday during weekend. Booked via Agoda and check in process done by the friendly staff when smooth. Room are value for money worth to what we spend. Clean, cosy and good amenities. Midnight meal available via room service. Location are main reason we choose this hotel. Its strategically located centre to most shopping mall. Just go with Grab to travel elsewhere and its cost around IDR20k in average Good place & comfortable for family relaxing... Enjoy area surrounding hotel with our wants & needed,, like: shopping market - mall - food market - small business enterprises - jogging area & other services..

The hotel was in the heart of city, so you can expect some traffic road. The staff hospitality was great. The lobby lighting a bit dark. The check in process is excellent. The room as expected to be 4 star hotel with no window, but it doesn't feel stuffy because the layout was in the place. The bathroom was clean. The bed is nice and comfy. They got usb port in the socket wall. It's worth the money value hotel.

The pool was a bit small, and you have to walk through lift and aisle which is not comfy because the lighting was obscure/dark

Location. That is the main reason why I chose this hotel. You can walk all the way along Cihampelas Road. Ciwalk is also within walking distance. FYI, it was located side by side with Aston Tropicana (managed by same company)

Nothing specifics. Everything is ok. Breakfast not so many choices, but ok. Just like that.

I love the building and location, but honestly, I found it is very difficult to use the room service for food, and it took very long to just order nasi goreng. But overall, I love to stay in favehotel premier Cihampelas, I love the staffs, they are very nice, kind, and helpful

Spa on fifth floor, my wife and girls had a nice and refreshing traditional massage 👍🏻. Very good location. Within walking distance to cihampelas walk. The room is clean, internet connection good👍🏻. Will definitely book this favehotel when we visit bandung again😃

Seemed to be popular with large group bookings of Indonesian men who all seemed to like sitting around outside the hotel at all hours

Friendly and helpful staff. We went for tours early , the hotel provides a place to keep our luggages and we collect them after our tours which is way after checkout time. Room and bathroom are clean and Cimpelas Walk is just infront of the hotel.

The location near Cihampelas Walk Mall. I could asked connecting room.

The water shower quite slow. No window to outside from bedroom. The staff forgot to clean my wardrobe, there was insect wings left in the wardrobe
