The glass refillable water bottles in the rooms were excellent - a refreshing change from the usual plastic bottles provided by most hotels. Staff were very helpful, polite. The swimming pool and gym were attractive and tidy, the bedroom comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding! So many options including superb coffee and healthy freshly juiced vegetables, delicious Indonesian and European food. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable - when we asked if they had banana crisps and were told no, we were content with their answer. But lo and behold, 20 minutes later they brought out a plate of freshly dried banana crisps!! Incredible! Great job to the manager Yessi and team.

The swimming pool looks beautiful, but when using goggles underwater, the lichen growing between the tiles was very obvious, and you could feel it underfoot as well. If it had a good scrub /vacuum then the entire area would have been perfect. However, the little huts and kids area and bathrooms by the pool were all nicely maintained. The gym wasn't cold enough for my tastes, I was sweating buckets when running on the treadmil. I understand that could be a cultural difference, as the local people might find it too cold if the gym AC was turned cooler. I did appreciate the well looked after gym machines

The breakfast was fantastic, it is getting better compare to previous, particularly for the fruit juice. Hilton now using bottle, which make us very satisfied with the amount of juice and no need to to go back an forward to take the juice from the container. Other than that, the variation and taste of breakfast also very good. The restaurant staffs are also super friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time stay in Hilton and certainly will be back to here again.

Not impressed with the breakfast. Many choices but not to my liking, the egg station could not work out how to poach an egg. Some tomato or mushrooms with the eggs would have been nice. No where to sit and have a quiet morning or afternoon tea. Nor was there any offering for this.

The breakfast was superb, with first-class food. There was a variety of food and all seemed freshly made and tasty.

The dinner menus included in our booking were poor and not really a value for money. You would be better off dining out and well with that amount of additional money you pay for it. However, the hotel offers a dinner buffet every two weeks and if you happen to be there, I would fully recommend you give it a go (this was amazing!).

pool : good position but it will be great if the pool lil'bit warm like some hotel in Bandung. breakfast : great, because there's many kind of food room : great for the size

maybe, you can check for the detail there are some facilities that need to be upgraded (like the wallpaper in front of my room 803, tissue box in my room)

I like the room is clean and wide and great breakfast. Close to hyper pascal 23 and good sate across the road. It is also close to souvenir shops and close to bandung station. Staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, highly recommend to stay here when in Banding

The hotel is beautiful, very new looking and extremely clean. I had a King Family room. It was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, had so many options and the staff were very helpful. Room service options were very good.

On night one of my stay I had to wait over 30 min for a drink in an empty bar and over 45 min for bar snacks. To their credit they offered the drinks for free. I still gave the hotel a 10 / 10 rating as the rest of the weekend was wonderful.

Great cleanliness and ambience. I love the decorative pool in the lobby and also the waterfall; the whole water idea breathes so much fresh air into the space.

I booked the Queen Deluxe room, which could accommodate 4 persons. There were 5 of us, but they wouldn't let us buy an extra bed. It's probably nicer to tell us in advance about this policy so that none of us had to end up sleeping on the floor. Went for breakfast an hour before closing and the food was cold. It was a pity since the variety of food wasn't so bad. But there were glass separators to reduce direct contact with the food, which deserves a mention. The male receptionists weren't so pleasant in general, however, it wasn't much of an issue. Our toilet bowl was stained from frequent use. I just thought it could be scrubbed/bleached such that it looks like a five or six-star hotel standard.

Amenities not yet ecofriendly : small plastic bottle can be changed into refillable contaner too. Hotel situated near railway station, but hotel doesnt provide walking path to make crossing street / entering hotel walking friendly. Hotel also did not provide like attraction near hotel or guide map or even bicycle rental

This time I traveled with my mom who was in wheelchair. I wanted her to experience a little holiday spirit, as she has been down from having to be sick and unable to walk around during this holiday season. And with our wheelchair, Hilton was a good experience. I especially was moved by the fact that they arranged for us to get a room that is at the pool level for easy access, as they saw us bringing a wheelchair. And over all the whole property felt wheelchair friendly. We loved it.

Nothing much really. I was looking forward to using the pool, but as it was the holiday season it was filled with children, so it was a bit difficult to use for exercise purpose. But one could still go to the gym for that.
