The breakfast was amazing, very good variety. My son is a fussy eater but he had no problem selecting something to eat here. Staff were friendly and helpful. While it is a little dated I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Overall we are very happy with staying at this hotel.

The room we had was at the front of the building so there was constant road noise. While it wasn't too much of an issue I think it's worth mentioning as other people may find it an issue. The only other minor issue is the hotel information showed laundry as 40,000 but the desk said it was 50,000 and that the info is wrong. Why is it still showing as 40 if it is wrong.

The location is in the city center, very close to pharmacies, shopping centers and hospitals. The swimming pool is still in a well-maintained condition. The drinking water provided is enough for 1 day.

Management could consider refreshing the hotel because it looks old, especially the elevator.There's only 1 floor towel and it's small, very dangerous if you slip. The fried noodles are not delicious, too sweet and a little hard for children.

Room is spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom clean with good preasure of water (warm n cold). Nice swimming pool, good for hang out with kids. Walking distance to Bandung Indah Plaza and Riau Junction shopping mall.

Since it's an old building, some upgrade might be required especially for elevator, swimming pool changing room. The breakfast also could be better.

the room at behind in front of swimming pool and gym but with bad view of the window just looking another building Ac is very cool unfortunately cannot be adjusted for the temperature Sleeping light canmot be turned off

the location is good, right in the center and very easy to access, the room is spacious, comfort and quiet enough parking space is also big

breakfast variation is not much and taste is just ok need to fix the shower (the handle is not working) and the placement of the electricity plug was covered by the bed (can not be used/ access)

They gave us as we wanted, 2 twin bed put together into 1 big bed..room is big, there is refrigerator, needed for my toddlers foods..great stay..

Some need repairment or paint like the bathroom door. The breakfast taste should be improved..tasted like lack of spices. The brdside lamp cant be turned off. The saklar location out reached.

The best location and people I hotel are so friendly. They helped me a lot

(+) smooth check in/out process. (+) nice n warm staff. (+) great location. Located right accross Riau Junction, and surrounded by so many FOs. (+) good room cleanliness n safety measure. The towel wrapped individually in plastic bag. They replace all the mugs n glass with the disposable one during pandemic. No staff entering the room without our consent, even for the room service when delivering the breakfast. (+) clean & nice pool. (+) super comfy bed Tips : if you travelling with family, stay in their Deluxe room. It has a great space for family.

(-) no staff stand by on the pool, so we can't ask for swimming towel.

Swimming pool...and strategic location although we can hear the noice from the mainstreet.

During breakfast, the smokers could smoke near the restaurant so feel not comfortable. Hope in the future, smoking inside the hotel can be avoided.
