We loved the old colonial architecture and vibes overall. Our favorite part was the pool & seating deck which was very comfortable in the evening, when the sun almost goes down, where we could order some tea and coffee as well while enjoying the breeze. The location is very strategic near the dago main road, so it was easy to access all of our destinations.

It would be nicer if the quality of the cleanliness can be improved, for example, the stains on the floor, walls, and some parts of the room look a bit dirty. Even though it is understandable knowing the age of the building itself, it might be uncomfortable for some people.

Every staff is amazingly kind and professional. Easily we can find that this hotel makes their importance to equip and to maintain its facilities in well-qualified condition. I enjoyed my stay without any stress even comparing with my experience in Japan. I extended my stay twice and stayed there more than a month at the end. Location is convenient few minute's access to Dago Street and 7-8min walking distance to ITB.

Some rooms facing to street are noisy. Pillows can be more comfortable.

I like everything about this hotel. The staffs were very friendly, helpful, and well mannered. The Siliwangi room were clean and spacious, with comfortbale bed and a lot of pillows (I love it !!!) and nice balcony to have fresh air. The hot shower working properly. The building itself is quite well maintained regardless it is (maybe) an old building. A little suggestion, please provide 2 bathroom mat to avoid slippery in the bathroom. Considering you have large bathroom, 1 mat won't be enough.

Need to clean up the swimming pool.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. And it always meet my expectation. Room is spacious, bed is comfy as well as the pillows. Hot water flowing perfectly. The vibes, the green scenery. This hotel is literally a sanctuary in the center of the city. You get the peaceful stay with the easy access to anywhere.

Room 503 & 505 need more detail in cleaning..but overall I'm really happy with this hotel

Very close to the Institute Technology of Bandung, a little bit far from the town center and very few restaurant around but very nice place, quiet, with a very nice staff.

A little bit far from the town center and no shop around but I recommend this hotel strongly, all the staff was perfect. I spent three weeks and everything was perfect.

Very comfortable room for my little family. The swimming pool at the restaurant is one of my favourite. The location, near Simpang Dago which the center of Dago Bandung, and the Sabuga and Babakan Siliwangi of course, you'll gonna love it.

Bandung is one of the coldest city in Indonesia, especially in Java. I hope there will be a warm water swimming pool for us because we were freezing last night, but that's okay!

Remnants of instant noodles in the bathroom sink and the electric kettle in my room (just a few tiny bits, but such a turnoff) - The sewage smell of the bathroom everytime we run the water - Loud traffic noises through late at night if your rooms face Jl. Siliwangi

The location is very good, very close to everywhere and even the hotel in the center of city and I was get the room close to the road but not noisy at all at night so you still can sleep peacefully!

The shower is not working, please fix this for the better facility

My 3rd time staying at this hotel, and it always nice to stay here. Spacious room, comfy bed n pillow, green scenery around the hotel.

I like everything. But the swimming pool is under renovation this time. Hopefully it will be completed soon.

The location and facilities were great and suitable for the price.

Some facilities didn’t quite work and sometimes the room smells like sewage if the air conditioner is left on for too long.
