Staffs from laundry services entering my room at 7am while me & family are still sleeping. Without my consent & permission they entered my room. Luckily i am a light sleeper & awake by their loud conversation among each other. My valuable things could be stolen. Report the issue to FoS- Widha on the same day . Hotel must have strict policy in place that require staffs to obtain written consent before entering guest rooms esp for 5star hotel.

The room we got was clean, beautiful and modern. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional - particularly the doormen! We were also very kindly offered a later check-out time without any extra charge.

The pool is very run down in real life. Soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. Do note that the neighborhood that the hotel is in is slightly dodgy but it was fine since we mostly cabbed around.

Location is centralised. Staff service was excellent, they did their best to make us comfortable.

Mattress was a hard for us. There were some knocking noises from unknown sources in the middle of the night.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a welcome drink set up for the guests. A welcome gift was left in the room upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean. The spread of breakfast food was okay. The dinner buffet was good and there was a live entertainment. Love that.

The pillows were quite thin causing my head to sink in when I lay down. There was a stain on my bedsheet upon arrival. It was not cleaned. The view from my room was not scenic, which was unavoidable as the hotel was right beside some unoccupied and dilapidated buildings.

The staff here is one of the best I've met in Batam, super friendly and very guest-orientated. Check in process is smooth. Good breakfast spead in the lobby area, delicious food! Location is just outside a night market with some food and thrift shopping, bars and food near by. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable for a good night's rest. Hotel location is quite for peaceful sleep at night.

Bar wasn't open for guests due to private event during our stay, but staff offered to bring drinks up to the room if we wanted.

Their hospitality! Feel warm on how the staff treat guest. Was a bit unwell back days during the stay. They offer a cup of ginger drink to comfort me. 2 days in a row. I Felt touched, Thanks Mbak Esa and Esti (i forgot the name). definitely will comeback here when i visit Batam in the future.

Breakfast variety weren't as many as other four points, but i think this depend on number of the guest. still lots for me, just not as many as other similar branded hotel in other cities.

Breakfast spread was good and they even changed the menu on my second morning here. They also had an indomie station, love that there were different flavours to choose from. The staff were very accommodating, they received my lapis delivery and helped to keep it while I was out. I placed a do not disturb sign when I left the room for the day, but the staff was so kind to text me to confirm if any housekeeping was needed. They were truly attentive.

We like that there is staff around the lobby area always ready to serve. Breakfast was good & nice. Worth the price. Location seems little far from the Malls, but manageable with GRAB services.

During our stay, there was a slight power trip that happened. Everything was fine, power came back on within 3 - 5 mins. But it would be helpful, if there is an announcement to inform us of the situation so as not to create panic situations for the guests.

We loved everythinggggg about the hotel! Hotel was super clean everywhere (we noticed people cleaning the lobby everytime we stepped out!), rooms were very spacious complete with amenities, and bed + pillows were comfortable. Service was impeccable. From the moment i booked at booking.com, a representative kindly reached out to confirm our room details and room preference within a few hours. Check in and check out was smooth as the front desk personnel were efficient and detailed. We really loved our breakfast too! it was simple but delicious. Special shoutout to Eca & Nova who were attentive to us and gave us great food recommendations. All of us will definitely return with our families again soon ♥️

The bidet’s nozzles definitely need a good clean. Would have been nicer to have soft and fluffy towels.

Staff was very cheerful and helpful at all times. Always greeted us when we met be it in the lobby or common corridors. Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of cuisines.

The swimming pool closed early at 8pm. This is due to a lifeguard not being present in the hotel. SECURITY is Very Good at the hotel therefore the access card is very important to go everywhere. Do not forget your room card as it will be an inconvenience.
