The place are great with 3 pools, children pool, adult pool, and infinity pool. There is a foam at the children pool and my kid like it so much, it was really rare to see this in others resort so far. The beach is so clean and beautiful.

There is something to improve on the cafeteria especially during breakfast serving. During entertainment session while staff performing dancing and We found out there are lack of staff on cooking station or beverage station. Most of the staff is performing on entertainment and only left very less staff on serving food and cleaning work. Even we saw there is 1 staff taking care on cooking noodle and cook omelet at the sametime until the omelet brunt. Really hope there will be an improvement on this.

We like that Harris is located far from the city centre, with resort like characteristics and features. Although it was far, the driving time is only about 30 to 45 min to the city. One hotel reception staff (Chinese lady) was very helpful and recommended many attractions. Many staff were trainees, which is fine.

The breakfast spread did not change during the 4 days we stayed. Some variations would be good. The water supply stopped unexpected one time, but worked after a short while. The WC did not flush well during our stay. In fact, it was clogged up on the second last day. The maintenance staff fixed the problem promptly.

Electric car available only check in/check out. Other than that not available. Request to have ride they said no. This hotel not recomended for old guys or having leg/knee issued. Perhaps will able to short out case by case... Thks

Lovely friendly staff who were willing to assist... they did a dance during breakfast every morning which was really fun. Rooms were huge, clean and comfy. Bolsters are provided which is a plus. Rooms in the 500 series have unblocked views while those in the 300 series are partially blocked views. Amazing sea views. Seafood Barelang's food was yummilicious and very affordable.

It was raining for most of the second day of my trip so there was little we could do then. Mosquitoes in the room.

The staff are nice and friendly, thanks for Ryan who got back to my question patiently and promptly in our what's app conversation and assisted to arrange for an earlier check-in; and thanks for the reception lady who is friendly and professionally; and especially thanks to Patra (a warm and smiley young gentleman) who arranged a small birthday celebration with nice cake for my son during our breakfast, much apricated! Overall the one night stay in Harris is as we have expected, the Seaview room is spacious and clean, bedding comfortable, good for a short stay of one or two nights, the seafood restaurant is only walking distance and quite worth the money! The resort is greenly, nice planting, beach, just not much activities to do at this point of time.

one suggestion, maybe can put the music bit lower during breakfast time, as sounds bit too louder...

Harris Barelang is our go to place whenever we are at Batam. we had out stay in September and everything was so great. the staffs are down to earth and always smiling. you will feel very very welcome.

in september, the breakfast spread was on top of the list between the staycations I had in MY, SG and Batam. however, after our visit last week, it was really disappointing. very disappointing. the breakfast area look very deserted and the choice of food were just upsetting. we had spoken to the staffs and feedback, and were told that this is due to the upgrading/ maintenance works. which I’m not sure when it will end.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Melly who assisted with the check in, and the room was pretty spacious with a great view. Easily accessible to the pools, the beach and the rock salt bar which had quite an array of food options. This resort is also within walking distance to the Barelang Seafood Restaurant which provided really fresh and affordable seafood. The resort also provided buggy ride around and also free shuttle service to the ferry terminal. Overall, it was a great and relaxing experience!

I wish they provide buggy to reach beach or reception. Walking from room till restraunt is long

it is a nice place . big with good view and very near to beach . got bar bear to beach and swimming pool . nice food and drinks with reasonable price . staffs are all very friendly and helpful. especially front counter female staff with long curly hair. buggy drive and all the staffs around is very helpful and always smile . room is nice with good view and balcony. two days stay one with pool access at ground floor and 2nd day we requested a 2 nd floor with sea view and balcony. my husband like 2nd floor very much . it is a very big balcony with small table and chairs . we really enjoy there . super like the bar with near beach swimming pool with very nice music . a few swimming includes kid swimming pool . and nice gym room . beside got spa too . nice breakfast. many choice . value for money . recommended! will come again .

the room fridge is too small and not cold enough . towel a bit old but anyway we have our own towel . otherwise all good .

The location is outside of city centre just after the bridge where it is peaceful and quiet. You can enjoy the seaview, relax by the pool or at the cafes, and take part in available activities at the resort such as archery, cycling, RTV riding, banana boating, massages etc. Great for singles, couples and family members. There is even a shuttle bus that could send you from Harris to Batam Ferry Terminal, and from Batam Ferry Terminal to Harris, with specific time schedule. Just call and check availability.

None that my friends and I didn't like. Facilities available, food is good and cleanliness is well maintained. We are happy. Please continue your good efforts for future guest to enjoy.
