1) we were a bit late, reaching breakfast venue at about 9, not unexpected some of the food was depleted. But there don't seem to have topping up. Perhaps the kitchen can manage with expected number of guest and follow up with a small top up 2) Feedback -We ordered room service and 1 of the order was tenderloin steak. Interestingly we were served with a butter knife. But upon request, we were given a dinner steak cutting knife 3) Location - Shopping mall still have some good shops and plenty massage parlours around. Unlike the hotel, the mall looks dated and tire and so doesn't compliment well with the hotel

Hotel was prepared to cater to more guest during the New Year holidays for breakfast. There were two dining areas and food were kept topped up and hot. EXECELLENT preparation.

We reached at 9+am and was told that the room was ready at 2pm. We registered and dropped out baggage. When we returned at 2+pm, the rooms were still not ready. We waited until 3pm and was given our rooms. Upon checking in, one of the room had a sewage smell while another room's cup was greasy. The toilet drainage was not too good, resulting in a flooded toilet. Quite disappointing as we always go back yearly prior to Covid.

location here is great as it is just next to nagoya hill shopping center. easy for food, shopping, massage and kids entertainment like arcades and indoor playground. had a connecting room as we have a party of 4. check in was fast, staff are friendly and hotel transport to ferry terminal and other shopping malls are easily available. definitely will come back for a fourth time.

The hotel was super clean , cleaner than singapore hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I want to compliment the housekeeping staff who kept our room clean throughout and efficient in giving us what we want. Also want to compliment the kitchen and banquet staff who prepared the delicious and splendid breakfast. I will definitely visit this hotel again! This hotel really out beat singapore 5 star hotel! Good job Nagoya hill hotel team!

It’s next to the mall and is quite at the centre of all other malls. It makes travelling easier. The staff is exceptional. Thank you.

The water from the tap seems to have a certain kind of taste. Pls check.

I love the hotel its very confinient place, the facilities are good, the staff is friendly and humble.

Shortage of hotel staff have to wait very long and the food are very bad because everyday nasi goreng, mie goreng, hotdog and all the cheap food are prepare at the restaurant. Please cook the quality food. Thank you.

Staff service is excellent - everyone is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. Location is awesome…very close to Nagoya mall.

Aircon not cold enough.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. Facilities in the room are so thoughtful for elderly and muslims. Breakfast Buffet spread variety is good. Location is good. Cleanliness and comfort is good.

There were afew baby cockroaches found in the rooms.

Staffs very friendly and accomodating to request. Prompt service. Excellent location just next to Nagoya shopping mall.

The bedsheets, blankets and towels can be checked more regularly. Those with bit of stains should be rejected. Everything was good except for the above.

Breakfast was good with big dining room. Location was excellent. I'm also glad the hotel have a prayer room for the Muslims.

The air shower in room 731 didn't have cold water. Only hot, scalding water.
