My wife and I love the room size. It was extremely generous considering the low prices which we were paying. We love the fact that the hotel has elevators and the services provided are fairly responsive and good.

Unfortunately, the buttons of the elevators (to go downwards) are not working. To go down, it's either you have to go down the stairs or you have to towards the upper level first before heading down again. The bathtubs are not really clean. Bedsheet are slightly torn. Aircon's temperature is a bit inconsistent. In short, the property needs to invest in maintaining it's mechanical and engineering equipments. However, for the price I'm paying for, I cannot complain too much. Thank you anyway for all staffs and owners!

The aircon was not Cold. There is no water boiler in the room. The toilet sink stuck. The toilet tiles are yellowish.

Price changes that are quite far from those in the application. And the price is quite expensive for a hotel like that. The hotel building seems old building, room not clean, there's a rubbish in the bin (maybe from the previous customer. Table also dirty, not enough lighting in the room, bathroom very smelly like they never wash, toilet seat also very dirty, and the area also not friendly. And the staff also ignorant and not friendly and not helpful at all. I am very disappointed and had a very very bad experience in this hotel!!! I forgotten to take a picture of the hotel room.
