I had a pleasant stay at swiss bellhotel harbour bay. Staff was welcoming and assist me beyond their jobscope in ensuring my surprise works. Location was super near to the ferry terminal, food area, and malls... staff was very friendly. Breakfast were variety and delicious.. Manager helped me alot with planning of the decoration in the room. Last day, they assist us with our luggages to ferry terminal as im with small kids and its raining heavily.. realli appreciate their kind gestures... Overall, will really recomend my stay to others and will definitely come and stay there again... Good Job everyone...

The warm reception by the security, service staff and counter staff was welcoming during check-in allowing us for a more relaxed stay. The breakfast spread was nice, you have variety of choices and the rooms was huge and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the air-con settings was self-adjustable, very comfortable for our sleep and stay. The hotel even prints specialised welcome message and fruits baskets were given which was tasty. Location of the hotel was very convenient and near to many food spots and shopping centre, transport is not an issue.

The hotel is in the midst of a major renovation project as it is a dated property. The swimming pool is small but do not worry as there will be an infinity pool coming up for the next project. The toilet sewerage is recycled (especially for flushing) so it was unpleasant to look at and one of our toilet flushes is not working properly. Lifts are quite slow and can be improved during full house bookings.

Very spacious and clean room. Very decent facilities for the size of hotel and I must say the best thing was the buffet breakfast. Lots of options on the spread and was great to see good continental food as well. Overall our stay was very good. Hotel's location is also super convenient for the Harbour Bay area, lots of restaurants nearby and the ferry terminal is just walking distance.

Sound proofing on the room could have been better. There was an event happening in the hotel and we could still hear the music, though thankfully this was done by 10 pm.

I would like to complement Maya Dyanti for her excellent service. She personally texted me a few days early prior to our short stay at Swiss-Belhotel. Ever willing to assist even when she's not on duty,was to me an exemplary performance by your staff.It was a satisfying experience of our stat.Happy to note we will definitely come back to Swiss-Belhotel on our next visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, restaurant was adequate and food was really yummy, staff in general always tried to please and accomodating. Breakfast options were very good and it was overall a good stay

Since we went for holidays, and I assume most of the travellers were in the city for, the business hotel setup didn't bode well with no balconies in any rooms. Other than that one fact, it was a good location, very nice amenities and collaborating staff

The room is clean and tidy, even though is smoking level but it was not smelly. The staff Dika is very pro-active and helpful to contact me before the trip and made the changes for my request.

Unfortunately my room is not quiet and not sound proof enough. I keep hearing the knocking sound from the wall. And the big water bottle is chargeable, should have been mentioned or put a more visibly notice notes for that.

Great location, good breakfast spread, baby cot was provided for, side by side rooms with my teenage sons. Television was able for me to do a Chromecast on. Just a right amount of space in the room.

The sink tap did not have a great nor consistent amount of water flowing. The bottom parts of the bathroom wall seemed that it can do with a bit more regular scrubbing and cleaning.

I only stayed for a night, so didn't have a chance to experience most facilities. However, the room is nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast has various choices. And the hotel is located near Harbor Bay ferry port with so many restaurants/places to eat, spa and massage places, all within walking distances.

Shout out to Mr Danang, Front Office Manager, for his excellent service. Firstly, he personally texted me before the trip to confirm my request. During my stay, he upgraded me to a Deluxe room with Seaview. When he learnt that we're celebrating our anniversary, he specially decorated our room & and gave us a complimentary cake. Thank Mr Danag for making our stay very memorable for us.

Wonderful! We have been travelling for 2 months, through 17 countries. This is the best hotel so far! Staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. The staff team and management should be congratulated! The hotel is clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good. The swimming pool is open for long hours and easy to use.

Everything was good.
