The view toward the mountains was beautiful. The area surrounding the hotel is green and quiet, with minimal noise from traffic and mosques. At the same time, access from the Jakarta-Bogor toll road and Sentul shopping area is quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We did not the double bed that we asked for, even though we requested it with our booking 48 days before our stay. There was no switch in the room for the balcony light. It stayed on all night disrupting my sleep. The staff did offer to come and remove the bulb, but this is not as nice as having a switch for the guest to use when needed. The free coffee at breakfast is low quality, which pushes guests to buy the espresso coffee from the adjacent pool bar.

The property is a large hotel with a decent sized pool and large restaurant for breakfast and ample parking. It’s in a good location close to Sentul and the toll road. The rooms are comfy and we had a great view from the 10th floor. Would definitely stay here again 👍🏻

There is a large pool plus a toddlers pool but the downside is a lack of sun shade in this exposed area.

Having a balcony to stay at to see and enjoy the beauty of the mountains is a bonus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they respond promptly to reasonable requests. The place is kept clean at all times.

There is a limited choice of food which is a little disappointing if you are staying for more than two days. They served the same menu for breakfast, so we ate the same breakfast for five days. They serve breakfast from 6 am to 10 am on weekdays, then 6 am to 11 am on weekends. It will be better to take breakfast early so you can still enjoy all the food they serve because sometimes the serving for some menu is limited. The menu is good enough if you will be staying for only one or two days and will be spending most of the time outside.

It’s in walking distance from Sentul International Convention Center and Ah Poong Food Park. Hotel provides rental bicycles as well.

I don’t know how things are in regular weekends, but breakfast in shift of an hour session is quite a hard work for a fam with 2 toddlers.

The mountain views are superb specially on clear days. We just need to open thr curtain and voila!. The room was quite spacious too. We have tons of luggage including archery equipments and still be able to do all the equipment settings inside the room with no trouble at all. The foods are excellent both breakfast and lunch. We love the bubur ayam and ketan hitam. They also has jamu for extra special treats. Made me extra happy that it only takes more or less 5 minutes from the hotel to all the spots I need to visit in Sentul.

All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The chance of finidng a room available is higher if we searched from online app rather than askimg the receptionist. It would've been perfect if only the front office know and suggest booking from online application when we want to extend the night, so we dont't have to do a check out before finding it too late about the room availability via booking.com. we lost some times to prepare checking out and searching other hotel before coming back to check in at night.

Room is comfy with pool view. I like the balcony and spent time there for sunbathing and night chit chat with roommate. Location is really nice, we walked around neigbourhood in the morning which is quiet and fresh. It closes to big grocery, so we got our food from there. Although we didnt book breakfast, we enjoyed restaurant menu for dinner such as anglio olio spaghety, it's recommended, soo good. Staffs are helpful and super friendly even when i asked some random questions like --> ooh you have a nice living wall, hows the watering system, dont you get wet when water comes down, and bla bla?. They also easily give a hand when our car has a bit problem.

Swimming pool is very nice, but it's not that clean. It seems they had construction works nearby restaurant and swimming pool, its debris fell in the pool. I also dont like frosted glass used as bathroom wall, although you cant see through but still you can see siluet of person doing things in the shower, and it's really not pleasant things if you stay with your family/relative

Clean room and services

This is the first time to me stay at Alana Hotel Sentul to celebrated our wedding anniversary. I got early check in...and warm welcome from Ms. Jenni. I was surprised that the room already provide special decoration for us. I love stay here...hotel very clean...the food tasty...they have big and clean swimming pool and big point is they provided touchless system for lift, two thumbs up for it. Thank you for awesome hospitality...and I'll be back for sure!
