The hotel charges me with a small crayon stain in the bed/blanket. But I think it is understandable.

Room was slightly tired & the design aesthetic feels half hearted, but overall a very comfortable hotel for a night stay in Cirebon. Pool looks lovely but did not have the opportunity to use. Breakfast was decent and had a good selection of items (although some signage didn't match the food).

Towels were missing from my room, although to their credit, they did not take too long to bring one even though it was past 11pm. The rain shower was a bit difficult to figure out. Noise might be an issue if there are noisy neighbours.

amazing breakfast, lovely pool, large rooms, all our requests were catered too, staff was attentive and great. the playroom was large and clean too.

minor improvement idea is to make the pool floats complimentary for hotel guests. can still charge visitors

Food during breakfast taste wonderfull and a lot of variety exist. We also love the children playground, chef kids cooking class and also the swimming pool

We can enter the room after 14.00 wib and i found dust under the bed

Clean Room , Furniture in Good Condition, Good Facilities, nice breakfast , good location , easy to access nearby shop with good food. Been here for multiple times. Nothing to complain. One of the best hotel i ever stay.

Breakfast was beyond my expectation

I would reccomend to look at the pool tile and need to be rectify as many kids were enjoying the pool. At some point I was afraid it will injured one of guests however in overall was a nice pool.

About security and temperature body check in front, we had difficult how it is worked. And the staff there just stand and watched us only and not very helpful. Hope it will be better in the future.

Due to the hotel's strategic location, we have stayed at Luxton several times. The staff are welcome and good communication.

The hotel is in great location, the room is nice, spacey (there is even a two-seat sofa which I rarely find in deluxe room of other hotels), with a comfortable bed. It's also clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious with so many kinds of foods you can choose from. Overall a great stay
