- amazing location. on booking/Google the location is actually wrong & the true location is much better (closer to port/bars etc). - really nice, friendly & helpful staff. we had an issue with the AC in our original room & as soon as we mentioned it they moved us. also, later that day they had a technician fixing the AC unit so they are proactive! - room is comfortable, bed was big, lots of storage - nice quiet location. tucked away down a little road but very close to where you want to be - Bike rental / Laundry was very easy - nice pool in the hotel - free water refills

- the shower wasn’t the strongest. not sure if this is typical of the island though 🤷‍♂️. - nothing really not to like - really enjoyable stay 👍

This is a very nice small property, very centrally located. Small pool was adequate and very refreshing, just one depth so not suitable for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Staff and housekeeping were not very attentive, were good when you had to ask for something though. Unfortunately, one of my travelling party was locked in the bathroom for over an hour as there was no door handle on the inside!

Big comfortable room and bathroom. Bikes for rent. Location was very good and quiet. The pool was cold and refreshing. Hot water in shower. Good Wi-Fi. Friendly staff was always there.

The sheets and bathrooms could be cleaner. Very little privacy, had to close the curtains at all times which made the room quite dark. The breakfast was kind of small and wasn’t filling.

We had a great stay at Dream Hotel. The room was lovely and well decorated, comfortable bed and nice swimming pool in the courtyard. The host was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good standard and served at their neighbour restaurant on the beach each morning. The location is very central to the Main Street on the East side so lots of bars/restaurants close by. We were unable to rent bikes directly from the hotel but there is a place only 10 meters from the entrance that rents bikes for a good price. The whole stay was great value for money.

The location on booking.com and Google maps was incorrect so we actually arrived at the wrong hotel and had to walk back the way we had come to find this place. Make sure you ask when you arrive in the ferry port so that you don’t make the same mistake. We informed the host so hopefully this will be corrected soon. Also, just to note they only accept cash payments.

breakfast was good; it's available on the beach side, not at the property so we have to walk a little bit but it was a nice walk in the morning

Nothing; the staffs are very friendly and accommodating; they helped us find bicycles to rent, overall, we had great time staying at the property

Tv was not working properly, issues with sound, remote controller, bateries dead. At one point wc did not have water in it - i couldnt flush, but was fixed soon. And in my 2 night stay staff never cleaned the room.

No complaints. great location, walking distance from the harbor. Bikes on site to Rent. free water. great room and working AC. mini fridge. friendly staff waiting to accommodate any needs.

I’ve been Gilli many times as I live here and this hotel was the best experience I have had so far! The room was so clean, it had a fridge, even though it’s quite near the centre there was no noise at night where it is, the pool didn’t get much sun all day but the beach is literally 2 minute walk, I would definitely stay again.

Good location, the staff really nice . You can rent a bike there . Clean and comfortable for the price that we paid.

Great location, so close to the beach. The room was nice and comfortable for 2 people. The pool was lovely! Staff were so kind and caring when my partner got heat stroke. Great place.

The shower was hard to use and turn off.
