Aston Kemayoran City Hotel

Delicious and various spread of Indonesian buffet breakfast, very clean & comfortable room, polite and helpful staff.

The hotel location wise quite far from tourist spot and airport. Grab driver quite confused to enter the hotel premise.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also quite nice with spacious bathtub.

The hotel does not provide face towel. It would be better to provide them, instead of 2 bath towels (I only need 1).

good hotel; comfortable, clean, functional, safe, with friendly stuff and an EXCELLENT breakfast (for just 75000 rupiah, i.e. less than 5€); Located in the higher floors of the well-known Hermina Tower, which is easy to find for taxi and Go-Car drivers (mostly because of the adjacent Hospital). I also loved having a Jiwa Coffee and lots of street food stands behind the tower. I was there for 10 days (mostly for work) and it always felt good.

no complaints at all, but at times it was not that easy to order dinner from the restaurant to the room because not all stuff members spoke fluent English; Yet, with a bit of patience, everything works perfectly fine... and they actually bring the food quite fast to the room!

It was clean and quiet. Staff were accommodating.

No restaurants within walking distance, a bit far from the main business district.

The rooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfy. Location is quite convenient if you're planning on spending time around Central / North Jakarta. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

Our toilet had a peculiar layout, whereby the toilet was too close to the sink. If you lean a little forward while sitting on the toilet, you would literally be leaning against the edge of the sink. Other than that, everything was great.

Near to Jiexpo, actually you can just walk from behind Jiexpo direct to the hotel! Just have to cross big road - Got Alfamart at below level - Breakfast everyday very delicious plus the bakso soup and the porridge very tasty! - Easy to access food, can just walk outside or easy to book online with gojek food - Beautiful skyview scene that you can smoke there at the upper level - Housekeeping staff everyday is very polite

Alfamart only opens until 6PM, (Monday - Friday ONLY!) so weekend or public holidays you have to search outside mart - Will be charged parking 5000 Rupiah for cars if they pickup you or 2000 Rupiah for bike if order online - Lobby is at level 25 not below - One of the receptionist staff that I spoke to at night (12/12/2022 MIDNIGHT AROUND 2AM) is very rude, I ask to late check in around 2PM due to my flight is at 7pm but he angry said CANNOT! During morning after breakfast, I ask other staff which is a girl (12/12/2022 MORNING) and she allowed me to! Please check next time which policy you used????

The location is very convenient for the exhibition attendees. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The hotel being new is well maintained, very good choice of breakfast and very nice staff. Chef Wahyudi, special mention here, and thanks to him, I got my vegetarian fried rice as per my specifying every evening 😀

Everythings was perfect.

Only price in restorant menu was quite expensive.
