Recently opened property, thus impeccably clean. However, just like every Jakarta based hotel, the question is: How long will the management maintain this standard of hygiene? That'll be the main challenge. Hopefully the housekeeping and maintenance recruitment will be strictly professional. The front desk staff were quite outspoken.

The housekeeping didn't look particularly promising and the place all in all is still understaffed.

I had an outstanding experience with the service staff, who provided exceptional assistance throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure my comfort. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns, and their professionalism was evident in every interaction. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offering helpful suggestions without being intrusive. Their positive attitude and commitment to excellent service truly made my experience memorable. I felt valued and well taken care of, and I’m grateful for their attention to detail and care.

While my overall experience was excellent, the location of the service could be considered slightly inconvenient. It took a bit longer to reach than I initially expected, and the surrounding area didn’t offer many immediate conveniences. However, this is the only drawback I encountered. Once I arrived, the service more than made up for the extra effort. The staff's dedication and professionalism created a positive atmosphere that made up for the location’s less-than-ideal aspects. If the location were more accessible, it would truly elevate the entire experience, but it didn’t overshadow the quality of the service provided.

From the front desk staff to the cleaners. They are making you feel at home. When you arrive they know your name and greet you frendly. This is a place of rest. They dont have a sitdown restorant yet, but you can grab and go and it is so easy. A million times thank you especially to the front desk staff. Fajri, Riana, Julia that welcomed us back when we went out for a fiew days, Zacky, Adji, Iis was always so frendly and Boris, dont forget the houskeeping and security...Dimas, Iqbal, Eko, Syahrul, Wahyu, Karisman, Supriyanto and Risky. Very new and modern aparthotel rooms with excellent layout and design. Kitchenettes are well equipped. Facilities like outdoor pool and gym were very pleasant and easy to use, and the hotel manager even lent us a golf putter and balls for the outdoor putting green. Easy to call online taxis, and only a short journey away from e.g. Jalan Raya Casablanca, or the British and Australian Embassies.

No F&B on the property, with a meagre pre-packed box for breakfast. Front desk staff were variable: one was excellent and very friendly, the other one not. Staff told us that the G/F tenanted space would be let out to a convenience store, not an F&B outlet, so guests need to be prepared to use their kitchenettes.

I don't think I have ever given a 10 rating before but this place certainly deserves it. That's not to say it's perfect but very very good. I booked the small 1 bed apartment and was allocated an 11th floor unit overlooking the mosque. As a result of the call to prayer I really didn't sleep well. I asked if they could move me and not only did they do so to 22nd floor (of 38!) but they gave me a free upgrade to the 2 bed unit. Super friendly and helpful staff!! The flat was immaculate. WiFi fast. Netflix accessible. Balcony with view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super hot water with nice towels and complimentary toiletries as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was well fitted and everything worked as it should. It has a great gym, swimming pool and steam room. Not sure what more one could ask for.

The location is a bit far from the tourist stuff in Jakarta but that's mainly down to the traffic and there's a train station right outside the building. Didn't eat breakfast as the menu is limited but I had a kitchen so no problem for me! More expensive than other apartments in the ity for sure but worth every penny in my opinion

We liked the apartment, the view, the pool, cleanliness, the flexibility of the staff members.

At first, we were given a super smelly room (it smelled of rotten eggs and not working pipes), then we got upgraded to a nice apartment. We suggest not to offer breakfast at all, if it is so poor. We would be happier to get something by ourselves in Alfamart, rather than to have this not particularly tasty breakfast. Also, the system is really bad, if you had some preordered meal, the only staff member in the breakfast should leave for some 15 min (and then other guests who need breakfast and who came during this time do not know what to do) to get the breakfast item in some other place.

Brand new hotel in a great location for business in SE Jakarta. Comfortable and spacious mini-suites good for both short and long stays. Fittings and fixtures good quality and new. Nice pool, gym and club area.

No F&B options because it's an aparthotel. In-house breakfast box was just a very basic snack. But there is an excellent Japanese restaurant, Hachi, next door if you just want to walk to dinner or lunch.

Most of all I like that the hotel has a shop inside the property and the restaurant is just perfect. Breakfasts were so tasty as well as after you could order great food. The location is good, the personnel is polite, and the cleaning was done perfectly. It would be great if the pool were warmer :)

Staff is friendly, Ms Iiz and Ms Julia were kind and well informed about everything I need to know about the property during our stayed. Bed is comfort and seating room also warm and cozy. Overall good value for money.

I was stayed in room 3110 and wifi is not working. Sometimes it works but mostly it didn't. Otherwise my daughter stay in other room and wifi was working well. For me wifi is something crusial so I will thinking twice to stay in this property in the future.

staff were much helpful and supportive and always have a nice smile. house keeping guys are very polite and do the necessaries during the working hours even more. moreover, the room is modern and conformable and all of the devices are brand new,

it is not in the main road, so not easy to pick up a taxi but to be more fair, the reception guys always help us to order a taxi through their own applications.
