For the room rate, I would say it is the best value of money amongst all the hotels I have stayed during my 10+ years of business travels to Jakarta. Clean, friendly staff and ample amenities for a comfortable 2-3 days stay to get my things done.

If I have to nitpick, the lifts (escalators) are slow and not so "smart". Every wait took 2-3 minutes. So, be prepared to exercise a little patience if you are used to fast lift arrivals. Other than that, nothing I do not like.

EVERYTHING!! The hotel comfort, Price, Location, Friendly staffs and the mall attached to the hotel is excellent. Please keep up the cleanliness and standard of the hotel. The hotel was better than I had expected! It was new, so very pristine and the staff: Baqir was super helpful during my checking in, during my stay and during checking out. Everything from the bed comfort and TV channels, the cleanliness and location of the hotel was excellent. The mall attached to the hotel is also very helpful with varities of eateries and a supermarket.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. I liked that the hotel was connected to a mall (this seems to be quite common in Jakarta), because the mall offered a wide variety of different restaurants with delicious food (I have to say, that the food of each restaurant was foreign to me, but quite good (really good!)). The location of the hotel is good, if you want to travel by taxi to different locations of Jakarta. It is also not that far away from the airport.

The location is not the best if you want to walk without any transportation. The area here seems to be also a little bit poorer (West Jakarta) than e.g. East Jakarta.

The staff at this hotel security, house keepers and the front desk made this day worthwhile they were so warm friendly and knowledgeable. (while I was in Jakarta I was looking for a souvenir shop so that I could find a magnet and a flag of Indonesia for my son as I get him one every time I go to a different country. When I could not find a shop that sold at the front desk ordered me a flag and magnets and had a delivered to the hotel for me. When I needed to know where to change money they walked me outside and pointed directly to where it was and what floor it was on across the street so that I can change money. Any questions that were asked they would always find out or had an answer. To me the staff of this hotel is what makes staying at this hotel worthwhile. The pool is large it’s on the fifth floor it’s outdoors has a beautiful view of the city plenty of places to sit a place to eat and drink as well right they’re all on the same area. It also has a nice gym that’s right by the pool. I was able to take taxis to and from the airport within 25 minutes. There is a small small mall attached to it has a grocery store restaurants in a few little shops which was great. We will be staying at this hotel again the next time we’re in Jakarta.

The only thing I can say is that I was bothered by is the elevators ran slow. On days they would have parties in their conference room and things they only have two elevators so if there was a bunch of people going up and down to the parties it took a while to get an elevator to go up to my room which was on the 11th floor. So the only thing I wish is that they had a dedicated elevator just for guests. Then again I probably was just being impatient this was a wonderful place to stay and had a wonderful staff.

Our room locates at 6F, there are constant noise that machine running every night for quite a while.

Room was very cleaned, breakfast menu with the quality of food were great. Staff from begining of checked in till check out very helpfull and nice, the restaurant staff when we had breakfast very friendly, great courtecy, helpfull...housekeeping made a little thing in our room by making towel kraf was very worderfull.....this is the hotel with the class, food for breakfast is always full no one empty. I am definetly will come back to this hotel and recommend to others......keep it up

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. They let me check in early. The suite was spacious and had great views of Jakarta. The food in the restaurant was OK.

I waited for hot water in the shower for about 10 minutes at 06:00 in the morning, and just ended up taking a lukewarm shower. They need better maintenance and quality control for the rooms.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in with excellent infrastructure and extremely helpful and cheerful support staff, particularly the front office. The breakfast was sumptuous and included continental and local offerings. The hotel is directly connected to a Shopping Mall with a number of good local and international restaurants. All in all a great place to stay not far from the airport.

The location is a bit far from the city centre and hence takes a lot of time to travel considering Jakarta traffic

Everything was great 👍 There is a door that gets directly to the mall ! Appreciated the professionalism of the staff. The pool that's open till 9pm. The proximity to the airport. Loved this room, clean and comfy, big enough for 2 people.

I must be nitpicking a little when it comes to the elevator, we have to wait a bit to get one of the two available or reach the desired floor. But don't be in a hurry if you are in holiday trip.

I was very positively surprised with the quality of the service and the hotel itself! Everything was very solid and felt rather new. The rooms were impeccable and really nice cosmetics and hygiene products selection. Nice choice of food for breakfast and loved the location, so close to the airport - a much better choice than any hotel having 'airport' in the name. Also so cool it's just above the mall! You can get any groceries or food you want.
