it was in the middle of the night. As I was packing to check out on the next morning. I was looking for boxes around the area but nowhere to be found. I ask the security (Mr. Budhi) and he said the shop infront of the hotel only opens in the morning. So I went back to my room. After 15 mins later, my door bell rang and to my surprise, it was the security and he came with boxes enough for my needs. Thats how Orchardz is, they represent good courtesy and hospitality. I would come back next time. Thank you Mr Budhi.

Very pleasant hotel, nice staff, spacy room with a nice view, very good bed, tasty Indonesian breakfast with different free options for directly made different side meals. It is a 4* hotel that feels like a very welcoming Homestay. With Covid-19 in 2021 i had to stay 7 days in my room of this hotel so i didnt see anything outside my room and i couldnt use the swimming pool. It was the main reason to comback to this hotel to see what i had missed then. Now i am coming back for the second time to this hotel as i like the atmosphere very much.

The roomservice for ordering a meal took quite some time, that should be faster.

the windows overlooked the mosque and several times a day for half an hour we listened to a prayer for 30 minutes. Especially at 3-4 in the morning it's terrible. faucet in the bathroom changes water from cold to grated every 10 seconds

The staff were really welcoming and friendly and so helpful. One individual in particular was so helpful arranging a taxi and sorting out a couple of difficulties that I extend special thanks to her. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, room was a good size and the view from the 7th floor was spectacular. Breakfast was good with fresh omlettes cooked on demand. Hotel was security aware and is at the end of a gated alley. Location is difficult to judge in Jakarta as it is such a sprawling city. Hotel is halfway between old city and freedom Square so if you travel by taxi or tuktuk then location would be considered excellent. There were large roadworks at the end of the gated alley though which meant it was difficult to walk in the local area after sundown so is impossible to judge what eating places are nearby. Really enjoyed our stay at this horel

Food in the restaurant is not wonderful in the evening

As many people cited, the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels that I ever stayed in. It has A TONNES of rooms, surprisingly. Has a real cupboard inside (really a plus). And, Oh, one of the hotels still provides mineral water in the room instead of a self-service gallon.

I stayed in room 662. Oh boy, Idk why many concierges like to place me in the 'corner room' so that to go there, I shall walk quite a bit far. The room was located at the back of the building, at the very left corner, beside the storeroom, where some beds were placed on the alley to the exit stairs. Such a nice placement (to see). Inside, the lamps could have been brighter. My PMA brains say it might be because of the hotel's theme, but I don't know.

I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. The deluxe room was clean, modern and spacious with good amenities and a nice view. As well as this the WiFi was flawless and the breakfast included was very tasty also. I think the price for my room was a real bargain and represents very good value for anyone wanting to stay in this area of Jakarta. I stayed here due to its proximity to the Formula E race track.

I think everything was perfectly good for the price. I didn't really use the pool as it was always crowded and its location right next to the breakfast was a bit unique!

During Covid-19 i stayed in this hotel but for 8 days i was not allowed to leave the room so i didnt see anyone. Nog i am coming back after Covid-19 to enjoy the hotel much more, for that reason the girl at the check-in desk gave me a free upgrade of the room, i could even choose an old or a renovated room. The room is just great, lot of space, very good doublebed, nice view, great warm shower. Nice choice of Indonesian and western food during my breakfast with different kind of extra fresh prepared food. The hotel is close to Ancol Beach. Very pleasant Staff. I was very happy that i came back to this hotel after Covid-19.

The swimming pool was not very special, too small and not deep, zou could walk everywhere. Only 2 loungers at the swimming pool, luckily i was the only or almost the only one who used the swimming pool so i could relax but the area is quite dark and cold inside. I asked if i could check-out a few hours later because my flight was late in the evening, but that was tot expensive for only 3 hours.

Facilities and staff very good

When call grab or gojek they always won't come to lobby coz they want to avoid the parking charges and so i have to walk all the way to the main road

The property is near an Alfamart and an Indomaret. There's also a restaurant at the street entrance towards the hotel. They provide convenience whenever we needed something right away. The hotel staff also are friendly.

The 6th floor hallways stank of cigarette smoke. It really smelled like people regularly smoked within the floor. Good thing, inside the room, it didn't smell bad.

It's very good hotel and all staf helping...smile they help me too ...Mr Ilham very gentle man and very good ...I say to him you are really mirror to people in Jakarta with smile respict.. thank you very much Mr I lham for evrthing and thank you for all staf......iam enjoying with my stay in orchard.....by the way food is very good to trying good restaurant and all people in restaurant also nice
