The staff was kind. The lounge and the lychee Icetea were great. The room was big. The location was perfect. It was near to a Shopping mall were we went for dinner.

The cleaning of the rooms were not how I am used to it. Hair in the sink and ground on both days was disgusting.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book again with confidence when I visit Jakarta. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and it was very close to a shopping mall with many options for food.

The only complaint I have is the Wifi was not very good. The internet speeds were very slow and the signal dropped constantly. I tried to get some work done while I was there but it was impossible since my connection kept dropping and even when it stayed connected, the speeds were too slow to get anything done.

We had a business Executive Room The room and bathroom were very large and very clean The Pool was lovely and relaxing On the days we were at the hotel the restaurant for breakfast was very busy and chaotic, the lovely lady hosting was very apologetic We decided to come back later and offered us takeaway coffees On our return still busy but managed to get a table The food selection was enormous but as it was so busy some food items were not available but saying that if you asked the waiters they were able to assist with your request.

We were disappointed that the Executive Lounge was closed for renovation Therefore as stated on their website there was no drinks and snacks served all day, but they did have a 3 hour evening for executive level members to go to the bar order drinks and snacks during this time. This was fine but usually you are able to go and see what is on offer and select your own in this case staff brought out a few bits and then you could reorder the same again!

chose this venue because i had a concert to attend at Kasablanca Hall, just 4 minutes walk away from the hotel and it was very convenient! love that the toilet has a working bidet. room had a great view and was really clean. the staff who helped me check in and out was very nice and everything went smoothly thanks to him. i was able to check in early and i was also allowed to leave my luggage after checking out so i could walk around the mall next door without my bulky luggage and im thankful for that.

The sink was closed and i couldn't figure out how to open it so the sink was forever clogged. but that was the only issue i had, everything else was great.

the shower facilities fell short of expectations. the switching mechanism between hot and cold water did not function properly, requiring unnecessary effort to achieve a comfortable water temperature. This inconvenience, although seemingly minor, impacted the overall satisfaction with my room, as a seamless and comfortable bathing experience is fundamental to guest comfort..

The staff and service is 5 star, very professional and everyone speaks English. We stayed in a one bedroom junior suite and was very good with great views of city and pool. The room was clean from the start and every day the housekeeping came and did an excellent service. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and they had a very good selection, even pancakes and ice cream! There is also the Rivas bar which has a food food and drink selection and food is reasonably priced. They also have live music entertainment every Thursday. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

The aircon in the living room of my room (1223) wasn’t very cold but the aircon in the bedroom was perfect.

room service need lot of improvement. try to order coffee no one p up the phone for 5 time i tried. additional i went down to reception complain and no one help then ask where restaurant after that while i enjoy breakfast and busy resto 2 waitress stand near me and kepp talking and talking i ask them to speak soemwhete else i need to enjoy breakfast. overall food and beverage service poor.. also please let ur recepton staff give information about the hotel faciltoes while check in.

This was my second visit to Jakarta and on both occasions, I stayed at Wyndham Casablanca. One of the reasons of choosing the hotel was the quality of the rooms which were spacious and absolutely clean. The staff were friendly as always and breakfast was good.

The traffic in the morning to reach the city center was a constant problem, but can't really blame the hotel for that. Some of the equipment at the gym were not powered on. It's a well equipped gym but it would have been better to see all the equipment powered on for usage.

We had an amazing time here. The pool is fantastic, the breakfast was amazing, pillows and mattress were very comfortable, the restaurant downstairs was lovely too. The spa massage was really nice, a bit pricey but normal for in house in the city. It had all the facilities we wanted. They even accommodated our early check in. The staff was super lovely, as always in Indonesia 🇮🇩 ❤️ It was a 5 min walk to the mall Kota Kasablanka. I'll definitely come here again next time. Thanks so much WCJ😊

I love everything including all staff , there are very friendly, fast check in and check out.my planed was to stay for 4 days but I have extended for 14 days, Hotel is well maintained, very comfortable bed , good shower. This my fourth times in this hotel. Thank you to all staff from security,receptions,restaurants,and room services there are well respected is really highly appreciated.
