Responsible staff - room was not ready for checkin so staff provided an upgraded room. They were also reasonably polite. Bed was comfortable, facilities were sufficient and operational (except the hair dryer). Location was very near Garuda Wisnu Kencana, just a short walk away.

Room was poorly lit with minimal light sources.The view from the windows weren't enjoyable. Wifi connection was not good.

Extremely friendly staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. Massage downstairs in the spa area can be booked anytime until 9pm so perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Housekeeping, restaurant and room service staff are 10/10. Quiet area, close to GMK tourist attraction and a shopping mall. Easy to use Grab to go to other attractions. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Not as busy as Kuta which is perfect if you want a peaceful holiday. Very close to the airport too.

We had to get our telephone changed nearly everyday since it wouldn't work every time we tried to call room service or the reception. There were some items on the room service menu that weren't available for several days.

Very friendly staff, good sized rooms and swimming pool. It's worth booking this place for its location to visit Uluwatu tempel, the Kecak dans, and visit the beaches of Jimbaran. The reception is most happy to provide a motorbike, driver, or whatever is needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A business type of hotel. Efficient, no fuzz en could be anywhere in the world.

If you want to enjoy the area you definitely need to be mobile. A scooter is the best option considering the excess of traffic. I choose for not having breakfast in the hotel simply because there are so many options nearby. Remember to switch on the air-conditioning every time you slight your keycard in the slot. The red light means "airco on"

The hotel is comfortable and well maintained. Bed is comfortable, shower is strong enough and hot. Good table for laptop in room and good internet (it was down just a few times). The location is also good, and even without having a bike there are several places to eat and some circlek like shops in walking distance. There is even a Sidewalk shopping mall near by. Having a bike it's also easy to go from there as Hotel is next to a good road. I would defined stay in this hotel again when I'm at Bukit area.

When you are buying a drink you have to pay immediately, and the process of payment is slow as staff has to prepare receipt first, so often I prefer just not buying anything. It would be great if this process could be simplified.

Best Western is a good option to stay at! The lobby is spacious and comfy, staff are friendly, wifi is good and I had a nice backyard view from the terrace! The location was perfect for me since I had friends living at the nearby villas:)

I think for others, I wouldn’t really recommend that specific location. It’s quite far from anything, I could not even find any shops/cafes nearby. Another important point, ROOSTERS! They literally never shut!!! If you can’t sleep/work with occasional background noise, just trust me, do not stay in Uluwatu😂

Facilities, cuisine, clean

Little things in the room got lost all the time, but for me the big loss was a suitcase cover, its just disappeared in the room, perhaps the housekeeper accidentally threw it away as garbage (why?), but still, it’s so offensive and outrageous. Considering the cover was large and from Samsonite, and it really protected my suitcase from scratches and from opening.

Staff was extremely helpful - when we were drinking wine and needed wine cooler and ice they provided them free of charge. They also let us keep our luggage for free for a week after checkout when we decided to travel to islands with light luggage. Hotel & facilities are great and superb value for money. Room was luxurious, beds were very comfortable.

Location might not be for everyone - it's next to big road with lots of traffic. At the property it's still quite private, not noisy at all and since we were moving around with rental motorbike we didn't mind.

good, spacious rooms with big balcony, easy to feel safe. our first room was very noisy, but the staff made it possible for us to change the room to a more quiet side of the hotel

directly located at two noisy roads, we had trouble sleeping at night - we could change rooms and it was way better to stay in a backside room weird smell in our first room

- Shower faucets could be updated, the button to trigger the different types of water sprays are not great. - Soundproofing was not so great, considering how close the hotel is to the main road, Jl Raya Uluwatu, where the traffic can be quite crazy. We could clearly hear the cars and bikes passing by. - The restaurant closed before 9pm, and I didn't see any possibility of ordering room service.

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was a good size with a hot shower. The staff were also very helpful on check in and out. There is designated places to park your scooter which is good.

Quite out of the way from the main part of Uluwatu but if you hire a scooter it isn’t a problem
