We chose this hotel to be close to the airport but you can also walk to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. , The room was nice and the staff helpfull, they arranged the taxi pick-up for us.

Due to how the hotel is build, other people use the seats in front of your room as chill spot. So when people are talking loudly this can be heard in the room. We had this problem.

the bathroom is too small and there is no safety lock. they don't have master key. onetime happened when my children slept in their room separated room with us. We wanted to wake them up as we would go early for a tour. Children passed out not wake up even we knock the door so hard. because the door had double dead lock there was the key in otherside and no master key to open. really not safe at all. luckily after 1 hour trying hard my son woke up and open the door.

- perfect location, only 15 minutes walking distance from the airport and 5 minutes from the beach - local outlook and smiling accommodating staff - massage, laundry, and lunch places near the hotel - swimming pool available - breakfast with local food - sitting space next to the reception

- smoking allowance in front of the rooms - broken sink, which could not be fixed - only one hairdryer was available in the hotel

Close to both airport and Jerman beach, with several eating and shopping options in vicinity. Staff was quite helpful... The breakfast buffet was surprisingly fresh and tasty, with good variety. TV had the best selection of channels (worldwide networks; plenty of movies) I've seen in a hotel like this.

May just be a rainy-season issue, but the moldy cushions on balcony chairs were off-putting-- as was the filmy residue on the room's floors. Got a bit noisy when guests were outside of their rooms or in the pool... The smell from ground-floor smokers also wafted into our 'non-smoking' room through spaces in the door or window frames. Extremely small bathroom/toilet area, with a dangerously hot shower (very delicate adjustment handle; be careful!)... And our air-conditioner was somehow too cold, even when set at 32°C!?

Location is good, close to beaches shops and bars. Hotel itself is very pretty and modern. The pool and pool area was lovely. Room was modern, comfy bed, big TV, great AC and had a fridge/storage space. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Option for breakfast although we didn’t have it so don’t know how good it is. Great value for money.

No major issues here. It could be noisy at night, we could hear people coming up to their rooms throughout the night. The curtains were thin so room was very bright from early in the morning.

1. Close to the airport. You can just walk to and from if you are a light traveller (taxi fare can be very expensive though if you arrive after midnight, eventhough it is so closed to the airport) 2. Many food outlets around. Some open until late at night 3. Quite a number of mini marts around which open 24hrs 4. Rooms are spacious and very clean 5. Swimming pool 6. Nice and friendly staff 7. Near the beach (Pantai German)

1. Water heater(in one of the rooms) was unpredictable. The temperature could suddenly be hot(not a big issue, though, but can be looked into?) 2. Staff/guests chit-chatting loudly in the lobby, even after midnight 3. Guests smoking outside their room.

I stayed with my boyfriend for a night before our flight and we were very happy with the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival, the room was modern and clean and the pool was a great additional touch for us to enjoy for our short visit. With many restaurants around it made for a very comfortable last night before our flight, we really couldn’t ask for more.

The two thing to note was the bathroom and the patio. For the bathroom it had no separate shower space, meaning you took a shower with the toilet, not that it was a huge problem but something to consider if that’s not your thing. As for the patio, it’s joined with other units, which wasn’t a problem for our single night stay but the lack of privacy is something to note if you’re staying for a long time.

Good value for money, Close to the airport. The rooms have high ceilings which made it feel more spacious, bed was huge and comfy enough, also aircon was amazing. Pool was super clean, staff were very kind and Mini mart right out the front. I would recommend.

Not too much really the only thing was the bathroom had a funky smell to it so don't leave the bathroom door open and could do with a little more attention to cleaning.

Friendly staff, aircond cold, comfortable bed, hot water shower, satellite TV, close to Jerman beach and many resto's, four years since grand opening, modern facilities, soap and shampoo dispenser.

Bed built for small stature, showing small signs of neglect, chips on furniture, loose door handle. Small ensuite/toilet, Not really a pool, more of a big water feature...

Close to the airport but in a quiet location. Good quilty of the rooms, and a nice breakfast.

Poor Wi-fi connection inside the room, good connection on the patio. After taking the shower all toilet space is wet - because of the size, there is no way to separate the toilet from the shower.
