Nice and clean hotel. A typical 3* hotel, you can expect to see in Europe. Rooms are spacious enough for the occupancy, comfortable beds, a little bit worn-out but clean linens. Buffet breakfast is sufficient but not too lavish. Simple and nutritious. Pool is maintained well, good vibes, friendly and helpful staff.

Smell of mould in our room, neighborhood is a bit rough. WiFi is terrible. Very humid in the room, no proper ventilation

The location is not upscale at all, neighborhood is not a place I would like to stay, but the hotel is good.

Our room cannot see the swimming pool as blocked with the tree. It was unfortunate as the balcony just directly has a pool view. The hotel has one main access to reach the lobby, restaurant and swimming pool at least from our room so we have to round the hotel to reach those places.

My girlfriend and I spent ten days in this hotel, and we were delighted. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The room has a minibar, a desk, a temperature regulator and a safe. In the bathroom, there is hot water and a hairdryer. We initially had problems with the TV, but they were resolved very quickly by the staff. The room was cleaned well every day. All staff members are kind, friendly, professional and always helped when needed. The pool is large, and there are enough seats. The breakfast buffet is good, with primarily Asian dishes. Parking is easy to find for motorbikes (I don't know if it's the same for cars). The Wi-Fi is password-protected and works reasonably well, although sometimes very slow. The hotel is located 2km from Kuta Beach, a few steps away there is an Alfamart, and in general, it is close to "the life of the locals" (there are no clubs and other attractions used mainly by Westerners nearby). Overall, it is a hotel that I definitely recommend if you want to stay in Kuta.

Our room faced the school, and around 7 a.m., the noise started. It didn't bother us, but if you want to sleep in the morning, book a room with a pool view. The other two minor negative points are that almost all the TV channels have terrible quality and are not in HD, and it happened that after cleaning, we received only one towel instead of 2. These are small things that avoided the five stars.

This was our second stay at the Swiss Bel, and we absolutely loved it. It is consistently lovely, with a great mix of modern and traditional Balinese style throughout. The staff go out of their way to get to know each guest and work hard to accommodate requests. The free shuttle bus runs twice a day and is very convenient. The hotel is located close enough to everything we need, but far enough away that it is family-friendly, quiet, and peaceful. The buffet breakfast was very generous and runs until 11, so most days it doubled as lunch. We never had a meal we didn't like, and everything was reasonably priced. The rooms are very big, the beds are extremely comfortable and the view is amazing.

Our in-room fridge was a little noisy sometimes. Hardly something to complain about.

Nice breakfast was provided daily from 7am to 11am. Rooms were great, Pool was clean but we did't get a chance to use the pool as we went out everyday for a sightseeing/Bali attractions. We didn't try anythig from the restaurant as there were not much options for vegetarians, Hotel is located close to the airport and shops and beach. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Buffet breakfast was good but for vegetarians and vegans there should be more information about the ingredients as some sauces have fish source or shrimp paste and they were named as vegetarians. So little bit more education need for staff to label what is vegetarian and what is non-vegetarian.

I liked everything about the hotel. We could only stay less than 24 hours as we had to leave by 9 am the next day. The room was great, the hotel was clean - and the staff were constantly cleaning the areas of the hotel. I like the fact that the hotel provides a common water filter area to fill water - no water bottles in the room, which means less plastic to the landfill. Thank you for thinking of the environment. Buffet had a good spread and plenty to eat. Service was excellent-staff were efficient and extremely helpful. I would definitely return if I get a chance to travel to Bali again.

One thing I would suggest, though, is that please provide more universal sockets for charging. There was only 1 for 2 room guests. These days, each person will have at least 2 electronic gadgets. Would be very helpful.

The pool was terrific, the hotel grounds were very clean , breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices in the food and juices, all staff were so lovely and always smiled and had a chat to you and always asked if there was anything they could do for you. The meals at dinner time were also really good. Great to have the free shuttle bus to discovery shopping centre. Quiet area.

Unfortunately the bed was not good for mine and my husbands back. The staff did their best to add more padding on the bed but sadly it didn’t help us, we thank them for trying. But don’t let this discourage you as not everyone is like us. There wasn’t a lot in the surrounding area, but if you like to walk it only takes 20 mins into Kuta itself, you meet nice people on the way.
