The location is pleasant to stay.. Staff was very friendly. Great ambience. The buffet breakfast was covered with many dishes yet need to upgrade with the taste of the food. They do provide India food in breakfast which taste good. Just need to take more effort on pencake which was very hard and cold.

1. The bathroom shower should have door so that they water didn't splash to the toilet area. 2.Can consider providing extra pillow as there was only 3 pillow provide in a room.

Door handle to outside pool area was broken. It was repaired but still didn’t work. Large gap above top of door, so cool air escaped. Air con was good, but not fantastic. Breakfast a little same same.

Gek the supervisor at the reception, was friendly , remembered me from previous visit, pre-covid. helped with a problem I had with my tablet, Putu and Hailkel the lads who cleaned everyday , Putu remembered me from last visit and told me what room no I had last visit, they were always happy and friendly,laughing, , enjoying their job. I have stayed here at Neo 3 times and I will be back again. All the staff where happy, friendly , all looked as though enjoyed their jobs. A good location, close to walking everywhere, 15mins

Breakfast was great (many options). Room was good (we chose pool access). Location was great. Close to restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy night lifes here by walking. It was not far to the Kuta beach too. We could walk using the shortcut to get a cup of coffee near the big shopping malls.

The toilet was not perfectly clean. However, it's ok.

There was a glitch in the system between booking.com and the hotel when it came to my booking and when I checked in the deluxe pool access rooms were no longer available. The staff were really apologetic, accommodating, and upgraded my room to the suite for the inconvenience. This is my second stay here and would definitely recommend to everyone I know. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect, just metres from the memorial.

Location was close to everything. Staff were friendly. Good pricing, and i got a free upgrade.

Not much to dislike, you get what you pay for and i was comfortable.

Could hear music quite late into the morning from clubs. But not too bad

Could have been better if they add bacon for breakfast. My husband and father in law always looking for bacon for breakfast. Stay there for 6 night ,They never have bacon for breakfast.
