The food is quite good, the staff are friendly and the room is quite large. The wedding we had in the ballroom was a success.
Bathroom is not clean, could be cleaner. The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately the cleanliness of the property is not good. Could do with more maintenance

The people who worked there were very friendly and very helpful! I couldn't use the breakfast, because of my early morning trips. But breakfast at the hotel is possible as well as the pool. Also, I could store my bag at the reception and pick it up later after checl out time, due to the return time off my trip.
Some things could be cleaner, but it wasn't that bad. Location is a bit out of centre, so you it's important that you don't mind to use Gojek or Grab to get somewhere. For me it worked great.

very disappointed because it is very different from what is stated in the application. old hotel without elevator, lots of suspicious guests and making the atmosphere uncomfortable, I also got a room where the air conditioner was leaking and not cold
