Complete room facilities, bathtub available. Every day the room is cleaned and given 2 bottles of drinking water. Breakfast is varied, there are yellow rice, lamian noodles, tinutuan porridge, pancakes/waffles, egg station, sausages & potatoes, chicken porridge, green bean/black sticky rice porridge, rice & Indonesian dishes which are different every day, salads, bread, cakes, cereals and drinks. Near the hotel there are ATMs, klapertart shops, KFC, convenience stores, karaoke places, Muslim food stalls and seafood restaurants that can be reached on foot. There is also a tour guide booth in the hotel lobby.

AC took some time to cool down. The shower water also took some time to get hot. I got room number 507 facing the karaoke place. I woke up several times at 02.00 in the morning because of the music from the karaoke place. The music stops around 05.00 in the morning. For light sleepers, you should ask for a room on the top floor or facing the other way.

This hotel is just good. The service is up to standard, the facilities are also very okay, certainly if you take into consideration that Manado is not one of the most booming cities in Indonesia. We felt very comfortable and were professionally serviced by the staff. There are some seafood restaurants nearby (at a minute walk) in the street among them at least 1 also can be highly recommended. We had licking fingers over there twice, and although the scenery and entertainment is more at Boulevard 2, for your lunch at least eat here close to the hotel. You absolutely won’t be disappointed!

Actuality, we had nothing to complain. This place is just good value for money.

I love the friendliness and how helpful the staffs were. They thought ahead for everything I needed. My flight was early in the morning, so I had to check-out 05.30 am. I called the front desk just for morning call but they proceed more than that, they immediately asked if I wanted early breakfast and adjusted the breakfast time to my flight schedule. In the morning, the breakfast came 10 minutes earlier that made my time efficiently used. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and fast. The room was comfortable with well working central AC and wood/plywood floor so you wouldn't get your feet cold. The wifi was strong. The ambience of the room was warm and comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom was clean and the hot and cold shower were working well. The bathroom had bathtub that even not big, were comfortable to relax for. There were amenities and clean towels. I loved how the shampoo, the body soap and conditioner were put in big bottles that fixed into the wall, it refilled my travel toiletries.

Since the bathroom has a bathtub I think it is better to include bathtub gel.

This is a comfortable and friendly hotel with, in our case, a clean and well-equipped room with a great view of the city and mountains. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice.

The hotel staff were fantastic, particularly the breakfast wait staff. We really enjoyed the local musicians who played in the lobby

A very comfortable hotel with everything you need to relax from the hectic city of Manado. A well-kept pool, great massage, good food, comfortable beds, best staff.

Service by personnel was excellent. They very friendly and helpful.

the location is quite in the middle of rhe city, close to great restaurants, supermarket, convenient store.... The staffs are helpful..

We like that the breakfast is served (due to pandemic situation) however we missed the varieties of the menus... (as compared to pre covid situation)

We had never heard of Swill Bel until coming to Indonesia. They are excellent. This is the best of the 4 that we have stayed in. Excellent staff, super helpful

The staff was extremely helpful as we arrived early before check in and got us a room and upgraded it at no charge
