Staff is helpful. Accomodating. I have special needs and they helped me with them. Location is good.

I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel, but it was worse than the hostels I stayed at. The sheets were really dirty with a lot of suspicious stains like blood and other stuff. There were hairs everywhere and the bath room didn't have towels, soap or toilet paper.. The check in was also chaotic.

Not clean at all, spider webs everywhere, bedsheets not changed, have to ask to chenge, they did eventually, such a poor condition of the hotel, air cond works 50% probably. Can not recomend.

I booked 2 double deluxe rooms & 1 standard room at the price of Rp 1444 326 which I paid in full using my credit card on 3/4/24. I check in on 1/5/24. At the registration counter, I was demanded to add Rp 116 000 because the price at booking.com & the guest house varies. Front counter staff told me that they're no longer co-operate with booking.com since 1/5/24 (notice pasted on the counter). The total cost I paid was Rp 1560 000 (credit card & cash upon check-in). But the total cost is only for 3 standard rooms for 4 nights stay. I need to pay more if I want to check-in the room as per my booking (which only 1 double deluxe room available at that time, clearly they don't reserve my room even I paid in full). Supposedly, Sentosa Jaya Guest House should inform customers who booked the rooms on 1/5/24 if they're no longer co-operate with booking. At least we have time to cancel the booking & find another hotel. I don't have any choice since I came with a baby & it was already late. so I have to check-in unwillingly. Upon check-in, I was told that all the aircond in the room was not cold due to the capacity. (but I think the truth is they don't service the aircond). because the room was tiny. 1 of the television in the room is also not working. However the room was terrible and extremely bad. the bedsheet & toilet was dirty. The toilet floor was sticky, the door was broken & gave off a vomiting smell in the whole room. I found 2 cockroaches in the room. The headboard was in a bad condition which was pasted with the tape. Sentosa Jaya Guest House can't even afford to provide mineral water & a cup. After a 1 night stay, we couldn't take it !! I check out on 2/5/24 around 21:56. According to the receptionist, my money is not refundable even though I only stayed for only 1 terrible night . As per Booking.com policy.

at check-in no one speaks English, difficulty in paying by credit card (later solved). There is no toilet pape, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and if you ask they tell you that they do not have. The room is very dirty, cobwebs on the ceiling, smell of sewage from the bathroom, very dirty bathroom. Very young girls work in the reception who make noise until the evening and the same in the morning. Place not recommended. I don't know how it gets such high reviews (they will be bought).

Staff is rud no frendly price was more like on booking Im very suprise still on booking.com never ever go there again is better sleep outside!
