The location is beautiful, the overall structure is very nice. Having a pool in your own room is quite a treat. The team was always happy to help and reliable.

For the scale of it we imagined something a little more curated. It is indeed very suggestive, but for example the food at the restaurant was quite average, wifi was working poorly, the laundry service was tricky, the TV didn't work (not that we needed it that much). Not big issues, but for example one of the afternoons we were tired and wanted to stay in our room but since we couldn't watch a movie, eat something nice or browse the web we went out anyway.

1) Villa didn’t have a view like the advertisement alluded to …it would have been great to have a Villa on the hill with a better view for our special stay instead we had a Villa behind the road with people and schuttle trucks driving backwards and forwards 2) the bed was a little too firm not soft enough 3) the bathroom floor wasn’t really clean looking 4) the pool waa nice but needs a lot of repair/maintenance with no steps or ladder/handles to get out you have to literally crawl out on your knees

We had a great stay. The location and surroundings was beautiful and not very busy. The staff was friendly and we had everything we needed. If we were missing something we could just pop to a small shop, less than 5 mins walking.

Be aware, that although transport can be arranged, this may feel heavy in the heat since we were responsible for our own luggage (eg from the beach to the shuttle). Also we were dropped at a stop that did not directly connect to the hotels pick up point. Although previous comments about the use of bleach in the pool, seems a bit harsh. We did also experience a high level of bleach in our pool whereby clothing got stained.

The location of this hotel is incredible. Best views of the blue lagoon! You can turtle watch as you eat your breakfast in the restaurant. We had a two bed villa with pool. I specifically asked for a nice sunny room, which we absolutely got. Only thing to note is that our villa was located nearest to the road and reception and it was very noisy in the morning. We were travelling with our two children and up early anyway, but if your a light sleeper i'd request a room closer to the lagoon and away form the reception. Overall this place is fantastic though and if you have the opportunity to stay please do! Waking distance to SUKU to which is the best beach club on the island.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Especially the location of the villas. The view of the beautiful blue lagoon below the main pool was stunning to see everyday while we ate meals at the on-site restaurant. The staff were polite and friendly. The level of cleanliness not only in the Villa but around the walkways was excellent. The Villa itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The privacy walls surrounding the villa were very good. It was well worth the money!! I do have to say, it was a very hot and humid day when we arrived and we were welcomed with cold water and refreshing cold scented face towels.

The only thing I would say needed improving was a more comfortable mattress, but I think that’s down to personal preference.

Great location ! The resort is located on the Blue Lagoon Bay, wonderful view ! The restaurant and the pool are facing the water, what a spectacle ! As for the villa itself, it was well furnished.

The downside is inherent to Nusa Ceningan, as getting from Nusa Lembongan to the hotel is quite an adventure. Mind also that the bathroom is “open to nature”, meaning that the roof is partially covering the bathroom which could lead to some wild encounters !

Obviously the views were exceptional from the pool and restaurant. The food was really tasty and the price in line with most restaurants despite the fantastic location. The room was small but cozy. Staff were friendly.

Maintenance in the room was lacking a little. One tap/faucet was barely attached to the sink, it really doesn't take much to tighten the nut. Overnight rain flooded the bathroom and it takes a while to drain. Again, it wouldn't take much to cover the small gap above the shower that lets water in or better still make it an open shower area with proper drainage.

First of all, they do NOT have airport transfer as the listing indicates! Just a shuttle from a pedestrian bridge. It's SO hard to get there, and it's not really clear language to an English speaker. When they mention the fast boat "they work with", ask if they can share the schedule for ALL the boats. If you can, I recommend getting a scooter-taxi all the way from Nusa Lembongan "port" to the hotel.

The blue Lagoon and the main pool are incredible! So worth staying just for this view at sunset. The restaurant was so lovely every time of day and night too. Loved the private villas and the pools. The floating breakfast was amazing! Very close to secret beach and great surf spots too.

Our bathroom flooded twice during our stay and they said there was nothing they could do as it was the rain and the drains couldn’t handle it. For the price we were paying it would have been nice of them to try to do something about it. The walkways and outside of the villas are a bit tired looking too. The main pool area and the villas are incredible, but the rest a little tired.

Absolute paradise! The view from the pool area and restaurant is stunning and if you are lucky you get to watch turtles while enjoying the meal. The private bungalow was the perfect end of our vacation!

Very bad Wifi the whole week, the staff told us they had a problem with the provider the first day, but it never got any better. Also very bad data-roaming(4G) in the area so be prepared to be without:)
