The family suite was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Fantastic Lagoon pool with swim-up bar. Good quality buffet breakfasts, with two very good separate restaurants on site. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely spa and gym facilities. Great central location on the Nusa Dua peninsula.

The beach in front of the resort was a bit dirty. Large tide differences limited the watersport activities to certain times.

We had a family room with 4 kids and it was fantastic! Much more space than expected. Large beds, and great lounge suite. The breakfast was delicious /amazing, the property well maintained. Pool was good fun. Was quieter than expected, but meant we had pool to ourselves most of the time. Kids club is next to the pool and free. Beach is sandy, but tidal. Fun playing in sand but didn’t swim in it. Great massage places for good prices across the road, and many good eateries / local food restaurants. It was still quiet in these, and many not opened up again. We didn’t have to go far from the hotel to have everything we needed and enjoy our stay.

Really wonderful place for relaxing vacation, located in Nusa Dua which is a quieter, family friendly place to stay in Bali. Staff is wonderful and facilities are quite nice if a bit dated. Two outstanding restaurants on site.

Facilities are a bit dated. Farther from major bar, club and restaurant hub around Kuta and Seminyak.

This is 5 star hotel in the heart of Nusa Dua. It has its own huge pool and a pool bar and it overlooks the beach and the ocean. The ocean is not the best and it has low tides around lunch time so the pool has its importance. You can sit at the bar while being in the pool and drinks cocktails and look at all the trees, vegetation and flowers around the area that are super well cared. Absolutely breathtaking! They also provided daily beach towels. We chose a Deluxe room and it was large and spacious: bed was soo big with awesome thick pillows, toiletries refreshed everyday, kettle and teas in the room, international channel on tv and the main lights and air con switches next to the bed. I believed they changed almost everyday the towels even if we didn’t throw them on the floor. You can place a signage on bed if you wish to have the sheets changed. The only fault if I can say is that the room lights are quite dark and at night time we had to turn on all of them and still couldn’t see properly. Breakfast area is amazing with lots of international dishes to choose everyday. Words can’t describe how much food varieties you have: from sweets, to fresh fruits, to carbo, to cooked vegetables, to main dishes to just simply eggs and bacon. They also have a gym that has a few equipments to work out all the calories of the breakfast. I believed after Covid they had to close down the Luna restaurant and some bars as I could see they were “abandoned”. Just out of the hotel there are a few local restaurants were to eat, so just take a stroll and find whichever suits your palate. Or if you don’t feel to go out you can order from the Japanese restaurant or the Italian ones and the hotel staff will bring to your sun lounger. Everything was really 5 stars, friendly staff that engaged everyday with you and helped you with bringing your luggage to the room or just cross the street. Couldn’t fault anything much!

The rooms were huge and bed really comfy. The rooms are a little dark but with the weather so nice we didn’t spend much time there. The pool is incredible and so relaxing. Buffet breakfast excellent

We tried to order milk in the rooms for our coffee but it wasn’t available. There wasn’t a mini bar. Buffet breakfast was amazing but being coeliac it was disappointing to not be able to eat some of the foods as there is soy sauce in so many of the dishes like on the fish & chicken in the Japanese section. It doesn’t need it & just makes it harder for people that can’t eat gluten.

The location was excellent. Lots of options to eat and relax when you step out of the hotel - Spa and Massage options. The pool was big, very clean, and a bit cold. The breakfast was okay, could be better! The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and big too. The room service was excellent. Even though it is a 5-star hotel, it is a bit old. However, I would say it is well-maintained and I have not experienced any discomfort or inconvenience. The gym is nice too. I managed to work out three days in a row.

Nothing to dislike. As mentioned earlier, breakfast could be better and the service during breakfast could be better. Most of the staff did not care and was just chatting with other staff instead of helping customers.

Our room is very clean, bed is super comfy and the view is facing beach. Breakfast has a wide range of international selection plus some of local food, especially nasi jinggo. Pool with lagoon style blends in with nature and beach as the backyard. The beach is super cool as we can watch the watersports during the day, and when it was low tide, we can walk to the middle of the sea and my son found sea stars, sea slugs, crabs, and the conserved sea turtle eggs. All the staffs were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant that open was only the Italian restaurant, that was my son doesn't like the Italian food. The Japanese restaurant was close during our stay. The pool floor needs to be fixed, some of the pool tiles are detached

location is very good if you’re into water sports! Nusa Dua is also one of the most peaceful areas on the Bali island, family friendly. the hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-maintained lobby, garden and pool!

What a fantastic resort to stay in. We booked the family suite, which had a Queen bed, a bunk bed and a trundle. It was so spacious with a lounge and living area too. The bathroom was so big, everything was clean and the facilities were incredible. The staff was always helpful and attentive. The pool was lovely and backed onto the beach which was gorgeous. Loved the location of the resort, so close to all the shops, local eateries and massage places so we could also experience local restaurants and weren't limited to only the restaurants inside the hotel. Could not fault anything, it was amazing and I can't wait to come back one day again soon!

Love the Hotel Nikko, staff as always fantastic, and very helpful. We had a beautiful "WELCOME BACK" set out on our bed. On the whole had a great relaxing time. Will definately be back

It was a shame not all of the hotel was open. The Bali Luna restaurant at the hotel and the terrace bar were closed. The weekly fire dance show and buffet isn't offered anymore. I do understand that this is because of Covid etc, and I'm sure as things settle down more as more travellers come, things will get back to normal.
