the location is awesome, the front pool and restaurant area is great but then there is the rear pool more for just guests to go use. the beach is only steps away. The staff were great

guest got no better service then walk ins of the beach. charged same prices and no preference shown for those who paid decent coin to stay there

Everything was fantastic at Ohana’s-we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Staff at reception were incredibly helpful and it was no problem for us to extend our stay for another night. The beds were comfy and I enjoyed the turndown service-a nice surprise! Our stay was only for a few nights but you could easily stay there for a week. I can’t comment on location in regards to being near amenities as we didn’t leave the hotel (due to mobility issues) but it was close to the ferry. Towels for the sun loungers were provided by reception, which was very helpful. Also, the music playing all day created a great ambience-it really helped with the relaxation! The food was delicious and the drinks menu was extensive.

The menu was quite limited, which I’m not sure was intentional or due to the venue having just been reopened. The food was delicious so this is not a complaint at all but if you were staying for a week I would advise researching other restaurants in the area. Also, the wifi was very patchy. Again, not sure if this was related the the reopening but it was quite unreliable.

Recently stayed with my husband and 2 teenagers for 5 nights. We all enjoyed our stay. The location, staff and overall vibe of Ohana's was exactly what we were hoping for. Teenagers were also kept entertained with offsite snorkelling, deep sea fishing and heaps of other activities. We will be back !

beach front location, excellent food selection, staff were more than happy to help, new modern decor (hard to find in lembongan)

the shower and sink water was so salty. The beach bar music plays until 10pm, so if you want to go to bed before then it’s not possible. the ground floor rooms have no privacy.

Music is very loud at times. All the time. and my room was practically in the beach club.

Beachfront sun-beds I feel should be for hotel guests only. A few times we couldn’t get a bed to lie on and a lot of the people using them weren’t even staying at the hotel. I understand they got table service from the bar etc but I think as a hotel guest myself they should be solely for hotel guests. Food and drink were good but a bit expensive sometimes compared to the rest of Bali
