It’s a very beautiful property, the pools are so nice. And I really enjoyed the beach area. It was a fancy hotel. The owner is there too sometimes and he is very friendly as well.

There were too many kids around in my opinion. That was a little loud. There is not too much space in front of the beach with the beds and if you are coming in season (in my situation it wasn’t the case) it will be quickly full, because non guest can also stay there. But I was here during off season it was very quiet and relaxed (besides the children) the food was not tasting the best, even though it looks very good….

The Ambience, it was modern with a tropic feel to it

Would be better if the Resort was kept for in house guests only. It made for busy and hectic foot traffic in and out of the resort at anytime of the day. Was overwhelming at times as you didn’t know who was a guest and the who was a visitor. People / Visitors looking into your room so very little privacy. The fact that we had to be fast or last with the sun beds on the beachfront was a nuisance as a lot of these were taken by visitors not from the resort! All facilities should be given to in house guests first.

It was in the most ideal location and felt really tropical and relaxing.

I can’t say there was something I didn’t like, the only thought I had was being able to charge meals and drinks to our room as I felt I constantly needed to carry my wallet out, however this is a minor issue and in the bigger scheme of things and how much we loved the hotel it wouldn’t stop us from coming back.

I highly recommend staying at Ohana’s. It’s such a beautiful resort just at the beach but still very central with anything around that you might need. I really loved their interior design, the staff which is amazing and has a 24/7 open reception and is always available on WhatsApp for you and also the food which is incredible!! They gave me a free room upgrade as well when I arrived and so I started my stay with the most amazing surprise. All in all the resort is really for everyone, families, solo female travelers like me, friend groups.. it’s a relaxing and still lively place. I really love Ohana’s and I will definitely come back! There’s nothing that I didn’t like, everything was great!!

the location is awesome, the front pool and restaurant area is great but then there is the rear pool more for just guests to go use. the beach is only steps away. The staff were great

guest got no better service then walk ins of the beach. charged same prices and no preference shown for those who paid decent coin to stay there

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of privacy, plus a lovely balcony to enjoy the pool view. The hotel has such a warm, kid-friendly vibe, making it an ideal spot for families. Both pools were fantastic for swimming, and the added bonus of being able to watch the stunning sunsets from either the pool or the beach was just incredible. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The perfect mix of relaxation and convenience! Crystal clear blue waters, very relaxing atmosphere and great tunes to chill out to. The location is ideal, walk along the streets to nearby bars and restaurants or walk along the beach and enjoy the serenity. The room was perfect and I enjoyed my stay.

In the restaurant - Staff were not designated to areas, so I kept being asked the same questions over and over. Additional training would go a long way. With that said, the staff were lovely however I didn't need to keep being asked the same thing by a different person when it was already being looked after.

Would have loved to have grilled seafood as an option, but there were non. Yet the food was great, so no really complains.

Everything was fantastic at Ohana’s-we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Staff at reception were incredibly helpful and it was no problem for us to extend our stay for another night. The beds were comfy and I enjoyed the turndown service-a nice surprise! Our stay was only for a few nights but you could easily stay there for a week. I can’t comment on location in regards to being near amenities as we didn’t leave the hotel (due to mobility issues) but it was close to the ferry. Towels for the sun loungers were provided by reception, which was very helpful. Also, the music playing all day created a great ambience-it really helped with the relaxation! The food was delicious and the drinks menu was extensive.

The menu was quite limited, which I’m not sure was intentional or due to the venue having just been reopened. The food was delicious so this is not a complaint at all but if you were staying for a week I would advise researching other restaurants in the area. Also, the wifi was very patchy. Again, not sure if this was related the the reopening but it was quite unreliable.

Very overpriced food and drinks, small portions compared to rest of Bali. We ate at a lot of restaurants during our 2 week trip to Bali, this was one of the most expensive places and the food didn’t match the overall vibe offered here. Had to walk down an alleyway to reach the hotel which wasn’t particularly hygienic in rainy season as it was flooded with dirty water and made it difficult to wear anything other than flip flops to leave the hotel. Bathroom in the room was a bit shoddy, cracked/stained mirror with worn fittings, but shower was powerful and we enjoyed the complimentary shower gel/shampoo and conditioner etc.
