Our stay in the charming bungalows was truly memorable. The staff's warm hospitality and genuine kindness made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings of the resort provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere created an ideal setting for relaxation and quality family time. I'm grateful for the incredible memories we made during our stay, and I can't wait to return to this hidden gem of a resort.

Nice environment, the pool is great as you can see the jungle from it. Staff was very gentle. Rooms were big, clean and cozy.

The entire staying was absolutely FANTASTIC! The place is beautiful and very well cared for. Breakfast is delicious and super fresh, made by the staff right after ordering. Well… what to say about the staff!! They are all AMAZING!! Starting with the online chat, which I was always answered quickly and very politely. Getting welcomed by Wayan Dama: a precious gem of the place, together with his co-worker, Dwik. They both do a great job being super helpful and ready to assist with anything. The swimming pool was incredibly clean and it’s the highlight of the property, right in the middle of all the rooms and bungalows. Dikaa is a great cook, also together with his lady partner, who makes the most delicious pancakes I’ve ever had in my life (I will be dreaming about them…lol). Vijay, Mandrak and Ketut were leaving cute animals made with towels on my bed, what put big smiles on my face every morning. All in all, I had such an awesome staying, that it was very hard and sad to leave. I will definitely want to stay there again when coming back to Nusa Penida. If you want to be delighted, book your holiday with them!

To be honest: I liked everything. But I think they could make better prices at the restaurant (which is open to walk-in’s), for the guests who are staying there. Other than that, I have no other observations. Only great memories! :-) ;-)

It is a quite new resort in Nusa Penida around 20 minutes far away from a port. The service was helpful and very kind. If you need extra water or towels is not a problem. We also enjoyed an Indonesian breakfast with fresh juice and coffee/tea. The swimming pool is great for swimming, unfortunately, for a few days the quality of the water was getting worse. I can recommend it. Of the 3 apartments where we stayed in Nusa, it was the most comfortable one and definitely worth the price.

The dear team from the Kleep resort, just take these words only as a piece of advice please, which can help you. We love your Balinese spirit. As a customer you can realize the different quality of food for dinner or breakfast, it does not matter. It depends on the chef, the quality was not the same during our stay. From my point of view, it could be great if the manager of the property organize some training and check the quality and visual of prepared food or cleaning. It was not so bad. You can just see that it is not standardized or managed.

It was a little bit far from the beaches and other restaurants, but once you started scootering around by yourself it was actually a really nice location! Bathroom and hand sink water pressure could do with some improving — but otherwise the room was super nice :)

Location and facilities are beautiful food- the pizza and pancakes are great. The staff is wonderful. Water refill is allowed. Bikes for rental is good.

There was slight water problems. Hot water wasn’t running properly. The room walls are not well soundproofed. Can hear the neighbours if they are loud. Wished the fresh room towels could be placed each day without having to request when room cleaning

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The food was simple but delicious and it was so convenient have a restaurant at the hotel.

We just had once incident with a staff member who spoke little english and announced the restaurant was close that evening out of the blue. That was a little disappointing as we'd planned to eat there that evening and then had to drive in to town to find somewhere to eat.

new bungalows, everything it was clean, the staff are the best and the pool it’s incredible. it’s a little bit far away from the things to visit in Nusa Penida, but if you want stay relax and enjoy the e nature definitely this is a good place for you. we loved it!

the menu food it’s limited, but the food very good!

The gardens were beautiful and well maintained with a nice big pool, the location was good quiet and peaceful. The unit was very large and well equipped for a couple. The lady in reception was a very nice and pleasant person, she was very attentive to any of my requests. The fruit plate they served from their restaurant is nice. All the staff's are very friendly and always ready to help.

The pool and the bungalow we booked were great! The room is clean and comfy! Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location is very near to kelingking beach if you planning to go with scooter. A lot of nearby restaurants and close to the harbour. We had a nice stay and in house massage by the pool was very relaxing 😌
