The villas were beautiful and ours #17 had a great view and access to the pool. The bathroom is fully out door including the toilet - we lit a mozzie coil each night. There was a good selection of meals & juices for breakfast and they where excellent. Hubby couldn't go past the bacon & egg roll each morning. There are 2 areas of villas both with their own pool. Quick 5 min walk to Mushroom Bay beach. Lots of great warungs and restaurants close by. The morning concierge guy was always cheerful, helpful and obliging. The owner was also very cheerful and always engaged with his guests to ensure all was good - even arranged different pillows for us. Unlike the afternoon/evening guy.

Unfortunately the afternoon/night concierge guy was lacking personality and a smile. Didn't help with our bags, was not interested in showing us the complex and when asked where breakfast was served he just waved his hand and said follow along there. So our first impressing was very disappointing. The staff around the pool were not very good at clearing away empty glasses and plates that they served during the day.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. If you have any questions, they were there to help. Loved the room. The outside bathroom was clean for being outside. There were a few gehkos which was a nice touch. Only time we let staff in our room to clean because we felt so safe and our stuff were safe 🙏🏾. We had the garden view room which was near the restaurant and small pool . Next time we stay we will stay near the big pool just to experience it . We stuck to the Indonesian breakfast for our stay, and it was delicious 😋.so close to beautiful restaurants and the best beach on the island. I have no bad comments for this place . Thank you so much. This was a good place to relax and make memories that will last my lifetime. Thank you.

From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome. All staff amazing will go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your time and stay. A place everyone should visit. Great food. Fantastic villas, Amenities and staff. I will be returning love this place and I highly recommend to others

Nothing loved it all

Loved every minute, 8 nights wasn’t enough. The rooms were clean,spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Pool was great and the hard working staff kept the place spotless. Breakfast was always enjoyable and at the price a bonus

Loved everything

We have just left PGV today and had a fabulous stay. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, also the beds are one of the best I have slept in. Everyone goes on about the staff in their hotels well here they go above and beyond they are all so friendly which was so nice they know your name from day one. Thank you PGV for a lovely stay ❤️ thank you Ady, Ogi and Superman and the girls in the restaurant. Would we come back? YES, we would in a blink of the eye 😃 We all miss you already, thank you so much for a fabulous stay. Have a great year you so deserve, too. Oh, nearly forgot the food is so good too 😋

Nothing everything was fantastic everyone is so nice.

The room was fabulous. it was, clean, comfy spacious and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and fun. Pool was lovely, as were the gardens and surrounds. Happy hour every afternoon if you wanted to partake. Great location, close to beach , restaurants, mini marts, shopping and atm. Breakfast provided was outstanding, everything we had was delicious. They make their own BBQ sauce in-house. I need the recipe! I would go back just for the sauce, but everything was simply wonderful.

That it was booked out and we couldn't extend our stay!!!

Room was spacious, clean and had plenty of storage space. Loved the outdoor bathroom. Excellent position - about 3 minutes walk down to the bay and several restaurants nearby. We were in a room next to the bigger pool and it was very handy to be able to move the 5 metres from our room to and from the pool recliner. Staff were great, particularly Suripita on reception who went out of his way to help us out when needed. Food at the resort was reasonable and the happy hour cocktails by the pool appreciated. The treatments we had at the spa were very good.

Air con in the room wasn’t as cold as it should be. Small amount of rubbish in the grounds adjacent to our room, which could have easily been removed.

The proximity to Mushroom Bay, Sunset Beach, Dream Beach, scooter rental, massage/spa facilities, and great restaurants. The grounds are kept immaculately and it has a wonderful oasis type feel. The villa’s are comfortable, spacious, elegant and air conditioned.

It can be quite noisy at night with live music across the road, temple chanting, fireworks, and proximity of other guests. This would be the same in most parts of Mushroom Bay. There is no insulation in the rooms so what you hear outside is what you hear inside. The noise dies promptly at 10-10:30 each night which means it is not an issue for a good nights sleep. The staff are friendly and welcoming, however, you need to go to them when you want something and you should always double check your communication.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast was great. Not outstanding, but very good. Enough choice, but not heaps to choose. Had to pay extra for cappuccino, but I liked the bali style so, no big deal. Short 5min walk to Mushroom Bay. Great spot witha choice of restos, massage, clothes, convenience and cafes within 2min walk. Careful of the 2 ATM machines right nearby. One of them scammed our card. Ask the front desk staff to book your taxi etc too.

Bed could have been a little softer, but everything else was as described and very hard to fault.

Rooms were lovely and loved the outside shower. The pool was also gorgeous and plenty of sun beds. During the day it’s nice and quiet. The breakfast included was also a nice touch.

The area around the pool was wooden slats with nails sticking out - not very child-friendly. We also were stuck on a room at the front which was opposite a restaurant that had live loud music until 10pm (usually wouldn’t mind but I wasn’t too well so wanted to sleep early). Rooms further into the resort definitely offered a quieter option - something to note if you’re a light sleeper ! Our fan also didn’t work and the aircon was pretty average. Just needs a bit of attention to detail but otherwise it’s a gorgeous place and good value.
