It was very easy to park then the reception desk was prompt and efficient. They set our room up on top floor, a nice room. The highlight of our stay was really the breakfast. It served one of the favorite, the Mendoan and a nice ambience of a live local artis performance using traditional music instruments. Perfect!

The concierge could have been more helpful. They were just standing and watching, my spouse has to help herself. I think the hotel has started showing some wear and tear outside. A heavy maintenance and cleaning of the building exterior seems to be needed.

The location, the staff, the room of course and the most special is the foods

The room is not cleaned perfectly. Looks like is already perfect but you must clean all the area even in the places that most of the guest not checked such as under the bed, theres a lot of dust and some of left overs such as used tissue, used cottonbuds an pieces of food wraps which has the potential to make the people who have dust allergies or sneezes. The room services must clean all the area of the room. Btw im greatly appreciate to the young woman (forgot to ask her name) whos in charge in the spa, shes very nice and kind to all the people who used the pool, spa and gym even she worked alone and in charge of those 3 facilities at the same working shift, keep up the good works 💪🏿

I love the bed. Food is also good.

Amenities is not complete. When I just arrived and check in, I called and asked small towel which is not available at that time, but i didn't get until I slept

The service was exceptional! It was my very first time visiting Purwokerto. My actual purpose was to visit my old teacher living in Kroya area. I was out of option for transportation. In desperate, I tried to ask the hotel from this apps chat, whether they can help me. Surprisingly, the hotel agreed to find my a car rental! The view was nice as well. I got the room with a view of the whole city, straight to the nearest mountain.

I didnt have the chance to look around. But perhaps they need bigger lift.

The room that we stayed is great. Air conditioner is a bit on the colder side, but everything else was good. The breakfast was excellent, there are so many varieties of food.

the parking lot could be better. But other than that, everything is great.

Comfortable room, nice and clean

Ordered cuppuchino coffee at breakfast and waiter did not tell us we have to pay for the coffee. When leaving after finished breakfast told to pay for coffee.Embarrasing !

I like the breakfast... wide varieties. It tastes good. Tge room was clean. The internet was wuite fast.

Precautionary measures were in place perfectly to suit best this pandemic season. Friendly staffs gave a very warm welcome and felt homey throughout our stay there. Rooms are very clean.

The food tasted like it was frozen for a very long time, coz the sausages for instance, tasted like refrigerator and dry.. maybe no customers during this covid period and had to use old stocks. The swimming pool is greenish and full of algae, showing that it was not taken care of, during this pandemic. We hoped that, albeit there is not much customer, it will be grateful if common attraction areas such as swimming pool, to be well taken care of. Its the property's strength where guests take lovely memorable photos at the pool area.

The staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfy, food is good.
