The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and thoughtful. Perfect location. Lovely breakfast.

We are a mature couple and would have appreciated steps into the pool, to get in and out. The pool was lovely, would just be easier with steps for us. Everything else was great.

The staff were extremely helpful and offered to help us bring forward our breakfast even though their standard SOP was only to serve breakfast earliest at 8am. As our flight was brought forward less than 24 hours before flight time, the staff offered to help serve breakfast at 6am going beyond their normal routine. Staff helped to check the room for any belongings left behind during checkout as well, really dedicated to make sure guests are well taken care of.

Nothing, perhaps just the lightings that were slightly dim as I personally prefer brightly lid rooms. At night, there is a bar/pub opposite with live music and they could get a bit loud. Lastly, they should try to improve their presence and visibility with a larger signboard as it was quite difficult to locate their tiny signboard along a street littered with many other oversized signboards.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, location is right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars-but still quiet. The pool is right off the living area, quite novelty and private. The bed was huge and comfortable. Lots of little touches made this one of my favorites stays in a 2.5 week trip.

Freezer wasn’t the best, other than that, nothing not to like! Will come back again.

Centrally located to shops, restaurants & other facilities, restaurants across from accommodation or you can walk as far as you want & pass many other restaurants, short, straight walk to the beach, access walkway directly across from accommodation. The staff at our accommodation were amazing, welcoming, helpful & always pleasant. Transport to & from airport can be arranged through the reception area & upon reservation, so easy Location is perfect. I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which would not be suitable for a family with small children as the main bedroom is a seperate building but would be ok for teenagers or definitely 3 couples or adults travelling together, each room has its own ensuite , we had a private pool which was much bigger then I thought it would be

Outdoor sitting area is not very comfortable Tables & chairs would be a great addition

the staff were accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was ready to meet our needs

the property is excellent but the marketing needs to ensure the promotion advises that there is no pool access for rooms that don’t have a private pool the advertising is misleading

Puri Hiromi was the perfect place for the adventurous traveler looking for budget luxury in Sanur. The private pool was clean, cool and refreshing. While there is no beach direct beach access/view you are only a 5~ walk away. The facilities were spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff, particularly Irene, were always kind and helpful. The mango welcome drink was one of the best I have ever had. Laundry service was affordable and efficient. All in all - this is a great choice for anyone looking to spend their time out rather than lounging on the beach.

No major complaints but it is worth noting you will need to pay for an additional services (ie transportation, laundry, etc) in cash in IDR. There is no atm on site but plenty close by, as well as lots of currency exchange options. Again, it’s worth noting that is not a beach front property but very close

Spacious, bright, clean suite with fantastic private pool. Checkin & checkout were quick and easy. Whenever we asked for something, it was done immediately…prompt attention. Super comfortable king size bed. They put us in the middle of the complex and it was nice and quiet. Great location for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Housekeeping, reception, security and all staff were friendly and courteous. Turn down service made us feel special.

Bathroom could use better lighting, it’s a little too dimly lit. There should be a dishcloth and dish soap for the kitchen. The suite is looking a little dated, could use a bit of a makeover, but still wonderful overall.

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed, the staff were lovely & having the private pool was wonderful. Would happily stay again.

The squeaky air conditioner was annoying as it was constant, needs to be fixed. The television was small & the sound crackled at times, should be updated. The sofa in the living area had holes in it, needs replacing. The pool could do with getting a bit more sun as it can get a little cold in the afternoon. Having said the above, we would happily stay again.

Breakfast was very good - basic selection but it was tasty and served in the room The pool is small but clean and refreshing with sunbeds - that is also very comfy. The kitchen with basic equipment (like fridge, microwave) was very useful as well. This is really good value for many with perfect location. In general my impression is very positive and I definitly can advice it for short and even long stays

Little bit outdated (especially in bathroom) but not critical. The bed has very sharp edges at the bottom - for adults it is not a trouble (despite I've scratched my foot once) but for kid it was a challenge

Nothing is too much for them and they are so friendly! - Great size pool - Mini kitchen facilities were welcome for things we bought from the supermarket nearby - Opposite the path down to the beach & amongst lots of restaurants & bars but not noisy - Lovely breakfast

- Sliding doors to outside were a bit confusing and didn’t lock - Can’t flush paper down the toilet, that’s strange & inconvenient for Brits!
