Loved the pool, our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves in there for hours each day. The breakfast was really great, lots of options. The rooms were large and clean with really comfortable beds and great air-con. About a 15 min walk to restaurants on the beach which were really lovely and several supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The hotel also provides water coolers on every floor which was one of the only places in Bali that we found to provide this - being able to easily fill up our water bottles was much appreciated, especially with a large family of 6.

Attempted to use the gym but it was a bit of a fail. Weights available were 5, 10 or 20kg (nothing in between) and the weights machine was missing the pin that allows you to select the desired weight, so was not usable. Air con wasn't working (it was 33 degrees) and when I cranked up the treadmill to go for a run there was a loud bang from the electrical socket which continued sparking even when I had switched it off. Called a staff member and hopefully they took care of it.

Fantastic pool area with perfect water temperature, lovely breakfast with good choices, Great service at pool side bar, they took your order and brought it out to where you sat around the pool. It was a short walk to beach area through other resorts across the road or a slightly longer one if you walked around. We had a lovely relaxing time, would stay again. WIFI was very good.

Our rooms needed a bit of an update, but still comfortable.

The room was lovely and big, although a bit damp on arrival. With the aircon set to dry though, it was fine in no time. Great facilities and the in house food was really good. The pool and pool bar look amazing but it unfortunately rained the whole time we were there, so that will have to be for next time.

The hall ways outside the rooms carry sound a little too well, so people walking down the hall and talking (or kids screaming, as was the case for us) can be quite loud in the rooms, especially early morning. Other than that though, all was good.

The hotel is built around a great complex of connected pools and a range of places to relax including the essential swim up bar. The overall feeling was of space and light. Everything seemed to be well managed , not always the case in Bali hotels, and all requests were handled promptly and professionally. Our twin room had very comfortable beds and all the facilities necessary. While not actually on the beach the hotel is only a five minute walk away and is as central as could be to all Sanur has to offer. I would definitely come back.

A fair amount of maintenance is necessary to repair broken tiles and half finished work in both the walkways and the rooms. It is disappointing that this was not done during the quiet Covid affected period. Having said this none of these issues actually affected the enjoyment of the place.

staff were lovely and very helpful...always smiling. Didnt like the bathroom setup...no bathroom door and toilet cubicle difficult to get in and out especially for my older friend.

Pool daybed hogs ....had to get to breakfast earlier in order to go and get a daybed.

Staff were fantastic.

The water pressure is a little low in the shower. The shower needs some bleach and the mortar has a little mould in-between the tiles. All is an easy fix (bleach)

i didn’t like that BOOKING.COM had a conference there and were the loudest rudest people in the place I’m sure most guests at the property used Booking.com to book their holiday and I’m sure will probably never again

Beautifully clean, public areas spacious. Excellent staff, very helpful, and good food.

Advertised as "wheelchair accessible" but it was not. There were very steep ramps into reception from the car and then a ramp down to the ground floor room, and you COULD get a wheelchair into the room, but otherwise did not meet disability standards.. I could not get my mobility scooter up the ramps without a push because they were so steep, no grabrails in shower or toilet, unable to get wheelchair into shower or toilet cubicle. Could be readily improved but mangement may benefit from education about accessibility.

Beautiful large pool. Great breakfast. Fantastic location close to many beautiful restaurants..very friendly staff. Got us better pillows when requested... Excellent room service 24 hours we arrived very late and food was available for the kids after a very long day and flight.

Quite hard beds. High hard pillows. Our room 8277 backed onto the residential side was very noisy with birds in cages,roosters and dogs barking in the morning early. Needs more pool loungers as was very busy hard to get a sun bed... and more umbrellas around the pool. Some tiles missing in the pool quite sharp to cut your feet on.
