All staffs were really hospitable. When I arrived, they brought our luggages to our room and offered us a welcome drink though it was almost 10 p.m.. I stayed in Studio 30 and the room was so spacious including the bathroom. I really love the color of the bathroom. The white tiles and green lines were very gorgeous. Even though the food options was limited, all of the food was delicious.

The lobby entrance was confusing. The main entrance was the Fat Elephant restaurant and the receptionist was in second floor. If you are using a car, it is better to go straight to the basement. There will be a bell boy who will accompanied you to the lobby and the room as well. The parking lot was limited. But they were offering a free valet services, which was good.

FAT Restaurant and 11/12 Rooftop Bar were amazing. I still could not believe that this is a 3-star hotel. The bed was comfortable: not too soft and so big. The feel of having a Dolce Gusto in room was superb. And the late night room service with instant noodles and cold beverage is good touch.

The lobby is not easy to reach, and bringing up a suitcase through several steps is going to be a burden for some people. And not allowing the Gojek driver bring the food to the lobby should be evaluated by the management.

The location is very great... near by iconic traditional semarang cullinary can be reach by foot... if online taxi is chosen to get around, it still make your wallet smile

For those who doesn't bring car and need parking lot, there will be no problem at all with this facility. As on site parking lot is super limited, though valet is provided, you still have to prepare extra time to wait your car is ready.

Everything, great value hotel, great breakfast options, internet connection much better than any other hotel I've ever stayed at, good range of TV channels. Staff are great, especially David and the rest of the security/valet team.. Perfect location.. Big room

Parking situation isnt ideal but the valet team are great and very trustworthy.. could have more seating available for breakfast as had to wait a a little while for seats to become available..

I like the location, it is near from Simpang Lima square, which is a one of central Semarang's public activities and also near the culinary center (it was near the "Pak Supar" resto which have the famous fried chicken and ox-tail soup). The interior design of the hotel, that was I like the most. Its full of modern artwork, not just in the lobby or their public space, but also in the room. I was wondering, is the hotel give some opportunities to local artist to have an exhibition in the hotel public space, eventually?

The hotel only has a small space for car parking in their area. It was quite difficult to park. Luckily, their hotel security always help to get one parking lot. I was stay at hotel in Ramadhan session, which I was not enjoy too much with their services, especially for early breakfast (sahoor) and for the iftar time. I haven't get the opportunity to take iftar on rooftop, which yesterday, they said it was fully-booked :-( ....Maybe next time, I will stay at the hotel again, to get their benefit.

I'd like to suggest for the restaurant, especially for coffee. Instead of using Single espresso machine, you need to use a pot of coffee. It just easier for the operation for staff and guess to refill the coffee. Excellent choices for food for breakfast.

The coffe machine is the best part, you can make the coffee with ease. The location is another strong point of this hotel, close to the center of semarang city, simpang lima. The breakfast taste is good.

The bathroom drainage is not so good. Sometimes need long time to wait the water to drain completely. The restaurant area is small, if you go for breakfast at the peak hour, you will not get the table.

I got the room in the corner so I got two sides of view which was fine, but not the best. The room was quite spacious for me alone, and I think for a couple also spacious. The bathroom was clean and the lighting was good. The Wi-Fi and the air conditioner worked well during my stay. During my first day, I quite confused how to get out. You should go to the front area of the hotel, using the ramp provided, which I believe, a nice instagram spot. The staffs were hospitable, standard as a hotelier. You should get a fresh cappuccino in the morning from their Fat Elephant.

The access as many people reviewed is a con, maybe for guests with car. The parking area was very-very limited, but I think they provide valet service. The room was not soundproof, I could hear steps or people chattered coming from the elevator while my room was in the end of the corridor. The 11/12 rooftop was nice, however due to the rain, I couldn't enjoy the rooftop and should sit in the indoor space which had very limited lighting. The negroni I ordered was good but the pasta was OK.

I Love the staff, they’re very helpful. the room, the bathroom was amazing, so clean, so big. the breakfast was really good, lots of variety, there's ice cream too!

I stay during peak season. the restaurant for breakfast is very small, if it's full you have to wait for other people to finish breakfast first, then you can sit down.

clean, minimalist, i love their rooftop bar and the room very spacious and clean! location very strategic and nearby to most places.
