I enjoyed staying at this hotel: the location is in the heart of the city, since I intended to go to tourist attraction in the city so it made easier for us when need to take rest in the hotel in the middle of our activities. The service from the staff was great, I requested for interconnecting room but since they do not have one, they povided us side by side rooms instead. The room was not very big but the functionality was great and I like the cleanliness of it. My 11year old kid can enjoy the breakfast with us without additional charge.

The limitation of this hotel: drop off area is in different level with ground, and no bellboy to help with the suitcases etc, so we need to do self service. The parking space is very limited, as I came here with own car, we use the valet service with no additional charge (but just extra time to wait for the car to come). But other than that is satisfying. If we need hotel to rest and did most of the activities outside the hotel (not enjoying hotel facilities), this hotel is a very good option.

The prompt reaction of the staffs when I was complaining about the wet carpet. They instantly offered another room and let me check the room facilities first. Also with the engineering who promptly helped me with the malfunction electric outlet. Those were so nice and helpful since I was in a business trip with the need for no-hassle working environment. Breakfast is simple and typical mid-range Hotel, but it was well cooked and well prepared. I appreciate so much for early breakfast time (5.30 am), since it can be useful for those who want to catch up morning trains or flights.

Since I was in my business trip, the broken electric outlet is a big no. Sorry Holiday Inn, I could have given you excellent rate if it worked properly. In my opinion, the wall socket is also mispositioned. It should have been placed vertically instead of horizontally. Mostly people use 2 pin socket and it can only be properly inserted when the outlet position is vertical. The carpet under the table in my first room was wet. I recommend you to check all the leak possibility on the glass window. It was uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is strategic, not far there is minimarket. The room and shower quite spacious. The breakfast also good. The staffs are friendly.

Limited parking space, but the hotel already prepared valet services for free. So better prepared our bags and things so when reached the hotel, we can unpacked it from the car faster coz it can cause traffic at the lobby.

The room is big and I've got the nice view

The room cleaning was very late. It was not ready when I arrived around 1pm from my morning activities. The solution: asked the front office staff to clean up the room at 9am for the next days

the room size is unexpectedly big and comfortable, the shower room is big and spacious. the cleanliness is also amazing. location right in the heart of the city, easily located and short distance to old town.

The location is in the city central and nice location (very near to simpang 5 and there is big minimarket on the same road too). Even though the car parking is tight, Holiday Inn has 24h staff to take responsibility of valet parking, which I think very nice service.

The location is near simpang lima, so it’s easy to go anywhere. The hotel view was good and room with wide glass window was recommended. Since this is express hotel, so check in and check out is easy and quick so for busy people it helped. Be prepared to take care your own luggage as there were no bell boy to help you.

The stain on the blue sofa inside the room. bed sheet and towels looked like they need to be replaced, the whiteness haa fades or stained also.

The staff during check-in was very helpful and accommodating. Room is spacious. There is Indomart Fresh just next to the hotel for convenience.
